GENDER IDENTITY ? : THAT IS THE QUESTION

The definition of gender identity is a persons perception of having a particular gender, which may or may not correspond with their birth sex.This is indeed a peculiar species. We have someone's word that they are not what they physically appear to be but according to that one persons opinion they are the opposite. Progressives want gender identity conflicted people full societal rights in their roll out of The Equality Act which they hope to put into laws.Constructively to write a law about a gender identity person requires a law written for one person.To be clear, one persons affidavit so to speak of their opinion of their sexuality is not enough proof that the person is indeed a gender identity entity. It's like swearing before a judge that "I didn't do the crime". That is not a defense. The accused has to strike down evidence to the contrary. In this case physical indicators speak clearly. Gender identity opinion are just that-opinions.By the way, gender identity questions are yet another example that we are known by our differences and are not equal.Gender identity? That is the question? It's not worth discussing unless one is trying to make money or advance ones status with affirmative action or if one is a sociopath who enjoys upsetting many people.Progressives remind me of a gang of Don Quixote's.Seeking and tilting at normality.

Whims Are Not Rights

It started with the whim"....all men are created equal..."which is included in the second paragraph of the Declaration Of Independence.It was the rational for the founding fathers to object and revolt English rule.But if they really believed it why then did they wage a genocide on the native indians? No. It was lawyer talk.In this usage it was fancy. We are in fact known by our differences. But the seed was planted. From that seed came the Civil War which ostensibly was fought to free the kitchen help whose immediate relatives were still in Africa eating termite larvae.But they were our equal.The real cause of the Civil War was tariffs and taxation and growing power of central government.Then came the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The blacks we freed had many children who thought it would be easier to get ahead if they burned down parts of urban cities and demand to be left alone in their pursuits. But those pursuits cost money and please keep the checks coming --or else.The Civil Rights Act carried additional protected classes who wanted some of this respect. Aretha Franklin covered it. And now a queer too far has demanded it's rights. The notional transgender sans operation wants its whims made into rights. Sorry.Not in my space.There exists more technology and legal apparatus and fiat money than good or wholesome ideas on how to use them.There exists 7 billion humans---too too many.Many will have to keep their whimsy to themselves. Maybe Zuckerbergs Oculus head set would do?

LGBTQ Parade: Who or What's Left In Closet?

Hurry, hurry hurry. Come see what or who next will come out of the closet. Remember the campus stunts of how many students could fit into a small car?I think the record is twenty.Now the LGBTQ community is stunting new combinations of its homosexual base. The calculus in theory could combine infinite parsing of the human sexual orientation. And they have not tapped stem cell concoctions yet.They have reached this alphabet by mere legal machinations, judicial activism and political pandering. Who is left in the closet? The latest entry into the sexual super combo is the transgender who only has to state an identity of choice. In theory it may only be for a day. But to hear the progressives tell the tale that notional signal by the tranny demands deference.So Harvard can field a track and field team that may include trannys competing in both women and men events at the same time. Of course the scheduling will have to change so that a conflicted transgender won't be required to run in both the men and women event the same day. That would conflict with equal protection for conflicted entries.We have 7 billion people on the planet. Trying to make room for innocents is tough enough.Trouble makers can easily be excluded.

Transgender, LGBT, GMO, FDA & Civil Rights

North Carolina in March of this year passed the "Public Facilities Privacy & Security Act".It "Requires transgender people ( and everyone else ) to use public restrooms according to the biological sex on the birth certificate."That's straight forward.But there are many people who for one reason or another can't play it straight. Transgender people would rather take a refined meat cleaver to their body and remove unwanted reminders of who they are. In addition the mutated tranny uses hormonal drugs to grow new bodily signs of the adopted sex.And guess what? He/she/it wants no questions asked nor any restrictions on he/she/its freedom of movement.Well....I object along with the North Carolina legislature and dare say many others in America. The LGBT community is in the forefront of backlash. That acronym covers other non straight people.Normal non straights have been around. But transgenders are new on the block. Smug LGBTs think they can grandfather T's as acceptable social entities.Don't think so. In fact it may cost the LGBs some political clout.Transgenders are freaks. Lawyers or politicians all of whom can't play it straight can't make transgenders acceptable by hocus pocus civil rights laws. Transgenders are properly regulated by the Food and Drug Administration.Considering the extensive alterations to transgenders in both surgical and drug related procedures they more resemble genetically modified organisms. And that's where the FDA should come in.Stupidity should be restricted/eradicated when public health both physical and mental are jeopardized. And that' where we are at.

Stem Cell Humans And Democracy

I hope I'm wrong.What happens if stem cell research comes up with a different type of human?You know, even more freaky than the trannies that civil rights attorneys are trying to pass off as normal/acceptable. I can't describe them because their visage is still in a petri dish some where. But safe to say they will expand the envelope of freakishness in the direction of unacceptable to reasonable/normal people. For example, the new stemmy will live longer, thus making worse runaway population growth.Maybe be bisexual so sex is always handy.Stemmy would necessarily be liberal with other peoples money through taxation. Sounds like a democratic party dream member.Brain power and or critical thinking would be surrendered to a central government.A virtual reality head set would be the medium communication.It wouldn't need a house. The head set would provide a vision of reality.But property taxes would still be collected!I could go on.So what should we do if it comes to this?Since they are not humans. Then killing them would not be murder.It would be more akin to pest control.

U.S. Olympic Committee & Sexual Orientation

The United States Olympic Committee added sexual orientation as a non-discriminatory class in picking Olympic individual representatives and team events. They include transgender freaks as fully acceptable. The USOC disallows performance enhancing drugs yet allows performance enhancing operations. This hole ( pun intended) in the rules turns a physical excellace event into a political correctness non event. Or without an operation,is the USOC simply to rely on the notion of the athlete as to what sex he or she wants to compete as?

Secretary Of Defense Chuck Hagel: Anti-War, Anti- Gays In Military & Anti- Israel

Former Nebraska Senator and decorated Viet Nam veteran Chuck Hagel looks to be President Obama's nominee for the Secretary Of  Defense. Opposition to his nomination preceded his nomination. Let's see who is in a dither about his nomination.

First there is the military-industrial lobby. That groups views are ably expressed by Senator Lindsay Graham of North Carolina. They and Graham resent Hagel's turn around on the support of the Iraqi War. That was followed up by Hagel's reluctance to invade Iran and topped off by Hagel's advice to have a less muscular foreign policy. And get out of Afghanistan ASAP.

Second in the "no" group are the Gay, Lesbians, Bisexual, Transgender and at least two new deviant species that have yet to be identified or understood. They say that Chuck doesn't make the LGBT + 2 feel wanted in the foxholes. Maybe Chuck  is thinking of his experience in Viet Nam  and how his backside will be covered and made safe? Maybe LGBT+2 groupies would have other ideas?

Third is the Israel Lobby. The Zionists  say that Senator Hagel didn't like their influence in U.S. government and foreign affairs. They think Israel comes first. Chuck said, " I'm an American senator from Nebraska. I don't represent Israel." Hitler had a point about Zionists. We should get on the right side of history also. Zionists don't belong in Washington.

Considering the opposition and their complaints, I'm immediately drawn To Senator Hagel. I support his nomination. I hope he is followed by other like-minded candidates . He's a breath of fresh air.

The Word "gay" Has Been Abused.

California's Governor Jerry Brown has signed legislation today to "add lessons about gays and lesbians to social studies classes in public schools". According to the news venders, the bill requires public schools to include the contributions of people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender in social studies curriculum. Most everyone knows that Oscar Wilde was a homosexual. Writer Gore Vidal is a homosexual. Thier works and countless others of the homosexual persuasion are on reading lists in schools. So what's different about this legislation? I suspect these additional studies are works that instruct or encourage young children about the joys of queer sex. If it isn't this then why bother? Good reading speaks for itself. Whether its from a homosexual or a heterosexual. Shouldn't children go to school for basic teachings?What's been set aside to squeeze in sexual tail sniffing?

So this is a backdoor (pun intended ) literal foreplay or soft porn manual to guide children on sexual exploration. The homosexual lobbies are recruiting youngsters and Jerry and Californias Assembly are leading the children by the hand to these predators. Will the teachers mention HIV or AIDS as the fallout from homosexual behavior?

I "googled" the word "gay". I wanted an original dictionary definition. There were 1.8 billion references. But the references were mostly about meeting other homosexuals-chat rooms, counseling, political action groups, porn shops etc. Obviously there is one predominant thing on their collective minds. Poor "gay", the word no doubt started out as way to describe a wholesome feeling of joy . But now it's asscociated with disease and predation of the young.

Presidential Medal Of Freedom: Harvey Milk

Yesterday President Obama awarded a Medal of Freedom  to sixteen diverse recipients. Included was San Francisco Supervisor, homosexual activist Harvey Milk who was assassinated in 1978.Milk did much to spread the homosexual movement. Of course HIV/AIDS infections and deaths tracked his questionable "progress" with gruesome statistics.

Nazi Germany targeted homosexuals. America gives homosexuals awards. Neither is appropriate.

America's Democracy: Latest Examples Of What's OK

While we slept our democracy was taking new shapes. Al Franken defeated Norm Coleman. Franken now will go to the U S Senate to represent Minnesota. Some choice. Both guys are Zionists who have and will continue to keep Israel afloat at the expense of U S prestige and treasure. Can it get any better for the Israeli lobby? The lobby backs the 2 guys that are running!

Meanwhile President Obama is taking the democracy to the next evolutionary step which cracks open the socialism door. Trillions of dollars passed out to the largely unworthy and making more ever more dependant on central planning. Also Obama is sending an affirmative action poster girl-Sonia Sotomayor-to the Senate for approval to serve on the Supreme Court.

The homosexual crowd not satisfied with social acceptance now  marry and also adopt unsuspecting children.

Also while we slept, some legal or illegal immigrant came here and lowered the bar for equality status in our country . It may be a 3'8'' Philipina, transgender, pregnant, obese diabetic, bad teeth, blind and argumentative  who needs a face transplant who is fleeing her country because of discrimination. Yea, I can see that country's point. But she is the new gold standard by which all future applicants are now measured. And she may get that face transplant for free.

The good news is California's broke. This beautiful state is largely the recipient of the worlds human overflow. But without the do-re-me(money) the state will have to stop a lot of the silly equality entitlements for these strange strangers that come here.

San Francisco Bay To Breakers Race: Alternative Reporting

About 70,000 random-urinating runners were in San Francisco's 98th Annual Bay To Breakers yesterday. The smelly majority were joined by what passes for elite dignataries for the 8 mile course. Mayor Gavin Newsom ran alongside Senator Dianne Feinstein. 

There was a group of Central American illegals who gave out free meth. Handicapped were out in force with an estimated 600 wheelchairs. Police and fire crews were accomodative. Maybe because the police and fire crews were all listening to iPods which had recorded memos from their various union steering committees on how they wanted the City to declare bankruptcy before they would give back on wages and benefits. After all the UAW workers at Chrysler are going to own 55% of the company after it emerges from UAW- caused bankruptcy proceedings. The police and fire unions think they can get title to half the City's real estate.

The World Health Organization was busy collecting urine samples off the pavement. The WHO has a thesis that within a few decades the residue of drugs in U.S. urine will contaminate all the groundwater water in the continental U.S. which will necessitate a draining of Lake Victoria and other bodies of water in Africa  to provide drinking water for America.  

On a lighter note, both Newsom and Feinstein were run over and killed by two "Hummer-Class" wheelchairs that were operated by "350-pounders" who were distracted by in route refueling of pizza. Feinstein's husband, Dick Blum retreived the Senators cell phone and credit cards but refused to identify the body. He avoided burial expenses. Newsom's body decomposed so quickly that only a leased pair of shorts from Gordon Getty Enterprises identified his remains.

There were 10 same-sex marriages during the race. But 2 divorces of those same marriages took place before the race could be completed. The Gay,Lesbian,Bisexual and Transgender Association began hurling excrement at the straights who they blamed for the 2 divorces. The straights chanted, " More AIDS, more AIDS" as they headed to the surf to clean up.

President Barack Obama has commited to running next years race. He has not decided whether to represent the secular or the spiritual world.

Mayor Newsom Has Plans For New Child

San Francisco's First Couple have announced they are in a family way. A spokesperson for Gavin and Jennifer Newsom made the public announcement.

In keeping with Gav's antisocial personality and refusing to be bound by the norms of convention, the Mayor's spokeperson held the briefing in a slum part of San Francisco called the Tenderloin at 2 AM early yesterday morning. Here is the announcement.

"Good morning. The Mayor and his wife want the voters of San Francisco and California to know that the couple will have a child. Jennifer and Gavin admit to an artificial insemination procedure . This was a compromise to leaders of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community who were consulted before the decision by Gavin and Jennifer to have a child. Gays were adamant that the impregnating be done artificially so the icon status of Gav The Liberator would remain intact. This lines up well with Greek mythologys Athena being the Warrior Virgin. The Mayor and his wife have signed a memorandum of understanding with the gay, lesbian,bisexual and transgender community that the child will be raised alternately by nannies and nannos and none of the above. Fondling will be encouraged as a sensitive exposure to other life styles. In a jesture to broaden his political base and reach out to other groups in San Franciscos community, Gavin has promised to include a breakfast with his child to random arrested people the night before although Gav and Jenn will not be there. The childs nursery will have blunted needles from the Citys needle exchange program so the child will know how to cope with a walk in one of the City's parks. The childs name will be New Age. The effort will try to keep the letters in the first name to under 17 but also incude enough references to multicultural voter base. And to sum up the prenatal announcement Gav and Jenn want all to know how grateful they are for the well wishes and that they are discussing a divorce. Thank you and good morning."

Propostion 8 Intolerance

Consider that most of the homosexuals one has met and disliked or didn't enjoy would have been equally evaluated if the homosexual were heterosexual. I.E. just because one is a homosexual, one's evaluation shouldn't have to be adjusted. If the homosexual is fragile, bitchy and quick to take offense like some heterosexuals then a fair response to both can be avoidance.

Consider eightmaps.com. It's the cyber equivalent of burning a cross on targeted groups lawn. Eightmaps.com was launched after the passage of California's Propostion 8 which forbade marriages between same sex couples. Eightmaps. com uses Google Maps of San Francisco, Utah and Orange County, CA to place arrows on the map along with the name, occupation, app. address and amount of money that was contributed by the targeted person for the passage of Prop 8. The obvious invitation to the map reader is to invite the reader to somehow respond to the targeted foe of homosexual marriage with some sort of appropriate or hateful counterattack. Boycotts, hateful emails and postal tricks have indeed followed from the launch of eightmaps.com.

Consider if some group got a hold of all the HIV/AIDS infected people in America and similarly flagged their name, address and occupation with Google Maps help? What do you think the homosexual community would do ? The bitches would take it to the streets.

Many of the backers of Prop 8 think once a generational change occurs in the U.S. the younger voters will pass same sex marriages. Think again. The qiuck spreading of HIV/AIDS infections may make the same sex marriage movement a one generation phenomenon.

Prop 8 :Homosexual Activists And Hate Crimes

Why do they call homosexuals gay? They can be as hateful as anyone else. For instance this passed Sunday in the San Francisco Bay Area, homosexual protesters verbally harassed Mormon church goers. The homosexuals were venting their hate on the Mormons who were among other diverse groups who voted for the successful passage of Propostion 8. That California state propostion limits marriage to only a man and a woman.

According to recent newspaper reports, homosexuals activists across the country are planning protests and civil disobedience because of the passage of Prop. 8. They liken their political cause to the civil rights movement of the 1960s. I don't think so. Codified segregation of the blacks was illegal. Whereas same sex marriage prohibition follows cultural norms recorded in documented history. Otherwise, " What's next?"

Hate crime legislation wasn't around in the 1960s. Hate crime fines and punishment exponentials didn't show up till the 1980s. So these civil disobedience and verbal harrassments and all that will follow can lead to hate crime super punishments for the rowdy and hateful homosexuals.

What Does It Mean To Be Queer ?

New York City is about to let sex-confused or NOT confused- depending on who you ask- to alter original birth certificates. This latest mutation in the civil rights movement is certainly breaking new ground. Notably, one needn't have had a sex-change operation to qualify. A simple declaration is sufficient. Evidently the Trojan Horse for this new rule is discrimination against those who could not afford an operation. Advocates cite this as a monetary hurdle that makes the New York Health System " biased".

The question is, who is queer? The poor confused- sexually conflicted individual or the health officials who are indulging them? The latter seem to be more queer. Because presumably they know what sex they are but are willing to let others question and discard the need for truth in the phyical world. I.E passion and emotion trump fact.
