Serena Williams Is Hybrid Species Of Liberalism

I saw African American Serena Williams on the tennis courts yesterday. She was in Australia for their Open. My jaw was almost as dropped as hers. But mine was from amazement at her build whereas her is from a natural physical fact. The close ups of face and body could have been a cartoon of soft porn.Examining her from top to bottom - a sure 5' 9"--showed a dead heat for protrusions of forehead, fake eyelashes and size whatever large feet. The grossness and muscularity of the women suggested steriods and/or rigorous body building. But no comments from PC conscious tennis commentators.But by that lack of the observation of the obvious near monkey grandiosity , I think more people were forced to comment privately or to others. God, someone has to say something. We aren't dumb. Looks to me like another triumph of Civil Rights and political correctness that this tennis pro is welcomed as eligible for equality. What's that make us? Serena is a hybrid species of near monkey and legal entitlement.

Obama Is Giving Me Nightmares.

Last night I awoke from a nightmare. I was dreaming my classic chestnut tabby short hair pet cat was wanted for questioning by the San Francisco police and she also had a call waiting from Schwab & Co.to cure a margin call on a bad bet in gold. futures. What was happening? Could it be another four years of Obama that was the real problem? My cat doesn't deal in gold futures and certainly the S.F. police don't pick on that soft a target at this point. It had to be the impending inauguration this coming Monday. Obama will be sworn in again. And for another four years his supporters will be required to pretend to be stupid or demand more money to be bought off or in the case of his true believers just be themselves and be naturally stupid.

We have reached a point in America after 40 plus years of the implementation of the Civil Rights Act of 1965  that pretending to be stupid or actually being stupid has allowed affirmative action darkies to pass for normal and in Obama's case rise to the highest elected office in the land. What's next? Right now it's another four for the social worker attorney from Chicago. I think the only cure for the 1965 Civil Rights Act and zombies like Obama is a bankruptcy of the country. At least then we will have to ask a not stupid question of ourselves, " Can we afford equality made workable by pretending to be stupid?"

Before and After Language: Truth and Then Lies

Truth has always existed. But either through misconception, poor language or outright lie things have gotton confusing. Truth is relatively cheap to maintain. Lies require more work and mountains of debt.

Political Correctness: Stop Lying to Children, Tell Them the Truth

Children should be told the truth. It will be in their best interest that they find out sooner rather than finding out for themselves later. Political correctness instructs that all are equal. From that false premise comes the wasteful programs that mandate no one can advance until a measure of that advancement is redistributed among others. Whether it take the form of affirmative action or cash payments or services, it creates a false obligation and a kind of embarrassment to achievers. The fact is that we are known by our differences. Kids in school who can't or refuse to learn should be expelled. Let them make their own way in manual labor or private studies. But they shouldn't drag others down to their level. Teachers have no right to preach a quasi-religious philosophy of equality. What do they know?

The real world is slowly replacing political correctness with misanthropy. It doesn't have to swing that far. If the truth is told of differences among all creatures then each will find his or hers own place without feeling falsely oppressed.

"Loser Pays" Tort Reform in Texas:Remember the Alamo

Some good news from the maverick state Texas and its Governor Rick Perry. He has also talked about seceding if things don't change for the better. Governor Perry is pushing for a "Loser Pays"a.k.a. "English Rule"in his states push for tort reform. Simply, his version of loser pays would require the losing litigant to pay attorneys fees for BOTH. This would only be triggered if the initiating litigant lost the case. It would slow down frivolous law suits. The United States is the only country that does not have loser pays. We have the American Rule which makes each litigant cover its own legal costs. Because of the American Rule there is a compelling reason to sue all the time for any reason on a contingency basis. It's a full employment act for off-the-shelf-attorneys and and a free- legal- settlement- lottery ticket for plaintiffs. How many jobs have been lost to countries that practice the English Rule/Loser pays system? The American Rule of law created and sustains the legal cartel in this country. Dumb lawyers can and do succed in this monoploy atmosphere of needless expense and delay. How many Politically Correct motivated suits have been tried or settled at tremendous costs to the social fabric of this country? It's almost like one needs a manual on how to talk, act and feel when dealing with cause celebre minorities. Stamp out attorneys. Get your balls back. Bring in loser pays. Remember the Alamo,when straight white males were run over by Hispanics. Well they're still doing it but now they use attorneys. Enjoy bias, enjoy critical thinking when dealing with obvious freaks. Bring on Loser Pays in all states. Or like Governor Perry suggested, lets leave the union.

Real Journalistic Commentary In Baghdad

There is nothing like reporting the truth. Lies, distortions, slants, bias in reporting all fall short of the object of journalism which is to inform and by implication to deliver a kind of entertainment. And there is nothing more interesting than the truth. It always hangs together and is believable while being simple .

And so the lesser forms of expression which include poisoned op-ed pieces, political lampoon, satirical cartoon, no-confidence votes, negative polling results and losing elections pale along side the truthful drama of Baghdad reporter Muntander al-Zaidi. This past weekend in Baghdad he threw his 2 shoes at our coward-in-chief George Bush along with the appropiate description of the U.S. president who has caused the death and dislocation of millions of innocent Iraqis.

Unfortunately Bush ducked and we only have a symbolic attempt recorded for history on video. Next time real journalism makes its way on to the front page hopefully a more effective puncture and punctuating scene will be seen.

What Does It Mean To Be Queer ?

New York City is about to let sex-confused or NOT confused- depending on who you ask- to alter original birth certificates. This latest mutation in the civil rights movement is certainly breaking new ground. Notably, one needn't have had a sex-change operation to qualify. A simple declaration is sufficient. Evidently the Trojan Horse for this new rule is discrimination against those who could not afford an operation. Advocates cite this as a monetary hurdle that makes the New York Health System " biased".

The question is, who is queer? The poor confused- sexually conflicted individual or the health officials who are indulging them? The latter seem to be more queer. Because presumably they know what sex they are but are willing to let others question and discard the need for truth in the phyical world. I.E passion and emotion trump fact.
