But surely some sign-ups have been processed. Silence is deafening. Our age is the information technology era. National election winners and losers are called after a few moments after election stations shut down.So why aren't there estimates of how Obamacare is doing after six days? Silence is deafening. I will guess that if President Obama had anything to brag about he and his groupies would be all over the media crowing about the success of his program. Olbermann vs Lieberman ?

Neither MSNBC nor Keith Olbermann want to talk about the real reason why Keith was so abruptly fired yesterday. Maybe it had something to do with Olbermann's rant about retiring Senator Joe Lieberman? Olbermann starts by calling Lieberman "delusional" and a "liar" and says "good riddance". He then asks  rhetorically to democrats at large, "What problem do dems have with delusional Joe's policies with the exception of the estate taxes, the Bush tax cuts, school vouchers, gay marriage, homeland security, the public option, the Medicare buy in, privatizing Social security, tort reform and foreign policy choices?"

Could it be that Keith crossed the line and publically criticized a major Zionist politician? Helen Thomas is a recent example.And Keith's heritage is pure German and that conjures up all kinds of stereotypes. If Zionists were a stock, I'd be short.

"Change" In Washington

"Change" has indeed come to Washington. Obama's electioneering mantra has been fufilled. But the change is in fact the reality it's gotten worse in government. The wars are expanding, the deficits are exploding and the Congress has only enhanced their control over personal lives. What's to be done? Boycott Washington is the plan. Vote libertarian.

Barack Obama Has A Loaded Gun

What's the difference between a loaded gun and a one- political- party control of government? Well the loaded gun can kill you. Whereas the single party control ruins you to the point of one wanting to kill themself or kill someone else. And so Obama has a political loaded gun in his hand.

Some of the bullets include wealth redistribution to the point of socialism . Or how about extreme trade protectionism to the point of trade breakdowns on a worldwide basis? What about an expansion of the Depatrment Of Education to finally preclude all new generations from a meaningful classical education? And certainly there are other nasty possibilities when the spending monkeys in congress have over $3 trillion in the budget to spend.

But maybe Obama will be prudent and govern from the center. America needs someone like that. The past 2 presidents included the educated moron Bill Clinton and the plain vanilla moron George W. Bush. We have to do better than that.

What's The Difference Between A Republican And A Democrat?

According to "The Kingfish" Huey Long the 1930s Governor and Senator of Louisiana, "The difference between a republican and a democrat is the democrat will skin you from the ear down while the republican skins you from the ankle up".

And so the difference between former disgraced Republican Speaker of the House Tom DeLay and the current Speaker Nancy Pelosi is negligible. On Pelosi's watch, we have $8 corn and $ 140 oil and a subprime meltdown. Israel continues to build illegal settlements with U.S funding on Palestinian land. Bush is talking to the Iraqis about long term bases. Where is the voice of oppostion or the voice with a plan to mitigate these catastrophes? Anyone hear Speaker Pelosi with a plan?

Maybe she likes it this way. Certainly she's not much better than Tom DeLay. When someone is silent who is in a postion to make a difference then the silence is assumed to mean satisfaction with the status quo. If the democrats add to their majority in the coming elections and also take the presidency they may try for more gun control. After seeing Pelosi and DeLay one should never give up their personal protection against Congress.

The Party Of Incumbents: The Oldest & Strongest Political Party In The United States

Who are you going to vote for? No matter what you answer the person who goes to Washington will join a new political party. The party doesn't have an official name. But it's hold on new arrivals is immediate and overwhelming. "All politics are local" is a truism. And the politics of our nations capitol is not immuned. Simply, the local politics in D.C. is about incumbents remaining incumbents and the incestuous players will do most anything to stay in their cushy powerful jobs. That's the explanation for the seemingly unchanged and predictably increasingly out of touch performance of our elected representatives since the founding of our republic.

The most recent example of the incumbent party trumping the democratic and republican parties is the complete capitulation of the anti-war 2006 congressional elections. That group led by Pelosi and Reid now routinely extend war funding. And what's more Pelosi and Reid will give this president all he wants and will also start the next administration with a free 6 months war funding starter kit.

As with all hypertrophies the incumbent party will only lose when an extraordinary event slams into their careful planning. In this case the extraordinary event will be the unequivocal failure of American forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Time is on the side of the truth of things. Be truthful and life is a pretty easy thing to enjoyably live.

Mayor Gavin Newsom: Counterculture Alien

" What kind of government do you have in America?" . It was said that was the first question 19th century Irish immigrants asked when arriving on U.S. soil. And before they got an answer, the Irish immigrant would declare, "Because I'm again' it".

Meet Mayor Gavin Newsom. He's a line-bred hard-headed Irish politician who is pissing on San Francisco and American culture. Undaunted by his homosexual marriage fiasco, he now is now taking the "sanctuary city"status of San Francisco to a new lower level. I.E. despite a weak economy and looming city employee cuts and cuts in services to legal residents and an increase in parking fees and a decrease in dining out because of the City's health insurance tax etc. the mayor wants to spend $83,000.00 to reach out to prospective illegals. He will advertise in various languages including, Chinese, Russian, Hispanic, Vietnamese and English what the City has to offer for free and without the worry of being turned into the Federal immigration authorities.

San Francisco is one of the most expensive cities to live. Where will the illegals live and work? The mayor's sense of timing must be making the demcratic leadership in the state and the country very nervous. His homosexual marriage initiative was part of the reason that Bush got elected a second time. Newsom is a much an illegal alien as the folks he invites to come to the city. He doesn't respect the laws and culture of the City and the nation.

I'm reminded of our former Mayor George Moscone, a degenerate also but he was of Italian heritage, and his fate at the hands of assassin Dan White. It was refreshing.
