European Central Bank And Japan's Central Bank have a policy of negative interest rates.Federal Chair Janet Yellen spoke before Congress yesterday. She answered a question that the Fed is studying the legality and implementation of negative interest rates in the U.S. Negative interest rates as the name suggests are rates of interest charged to member bank or banks charge their customers who have money on deposit.It's the last resort. It's akin to the Fed or the bank forcing some one to take out a loan. It's form of indenture-making one a slave till his bill/loan is paid. The customer can avoid negative interest rate accrual by preemptively buying something in the hopes of a positive return either by way of investment or life style adventure.Credit worthiness of the prospective borrower may be over looked to avoid a sure loss with neg rates.In short our government and its agencies view the citizens as worthless unless they are in debt indentured servant. Debt takes the form of borrowed money for investment or travel or buying consumer goods etc. Debt is also the sine qua non that governments necessarily need to exist. Addicting people or corporations to services guarantees government and the politicians jobs at the nexus of huge money flows.And we all know how much that can benefit lobbyists, politicians and bureaucracy.Central governments all become common highway robbers near the end of their lives.

What's The Problem With All Governments?

The common problem with all governments is that people are involved.One caveat for all governments must include no bombing or feeding of strangers.Oh yeah, no antibiotics for strangers either.

Eliminate Debt, Eliminate Politicians, Eliminate Unnecessary Wars, Eliminate Welfare And Political Correctness: Embrace Virtual Money Or Barter

Finally a way out of the mistakes of the past.How does one know mistakes have been made? Add up the personal , local ,state and federal debt. If the actions of the past were correct then there would be no debt to be burdened with. Both virtual money or barter would mitigate or eliminate legacy debt that we didn't sign up for. But our politicians assigned us.We can break this cycle by starting fresh. Let people with money pay off debt. People like Warren Buffett who is loathe at the mere mention of Bitcoin. Why? Because all the companies he has invested in have trillions of debt on the books. But the debt is denominated and payable in Central Bank currency. If the economy switches to barter or virtual money those debts become not payable. Same goes for debt from our government. People like Bush and Cheney ran up bills to finance illegal wars. Let them and others of the military-industrial complex pay off the government debt.Declare independence from legacy debt. Barter or use virtual currency in whatever form it morphs to.

The Winning Society Will Be Tribal Based

America's society of a central government is expensive. From its never ending legislation comes endless litigation based on the lie that all are equal. That expensive and corrosive paradigm will fade away because its self defeating. It rewards politicians and attorneys more than the general population. But out of the heap of unnecessary politicians and lawyers will come a fragmented tribal based society that will prosper. The low cost producer of cohesion among members will be based on race or religion or some symbiotic common ground. Barter will take the place of money and further obviate any need for formal government. Money, together with its interest bearing feature, is non competitive compared to a barter system.

Barack Obama Has A Loaded Gun

What's the difference between a loaded gun and a one- political- party control of government? Well the loaded gun can kill you. Whereas the single party control ruins you to the point of one wanting to kill themself or kill someone else. And so Obama has a political loaded gun in his hand.

Some of the bullets include wealth redistribution to the point of socialism . Or how about extreme trade protectionism to the point of trade breakdowns on a worldwide basis? What about an expansion of the Depatrment Of Education to finally preclude all new generations from a meaningful classical education? And certainly there are other nasty possibilities when the spending monkeys in congress have over $3 trillion in the budget to spend.

But maybe Obama will be prudent and govern from the center. America needs someone like that. The past 2 presidents included the educated moron Bill Clinton and the plain vanilla moron George W. Bush. We have to do better than that.

The power that has flowed to Washington along with the enormous muscle of fiat money has indeed produced freaks that run our government and those that wish to replace those freaks in their postions of administration. Certainly John McCain is a dumb as a post for "scorning a woman" in public. His juxtapostion of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton to Barack Obama demonstrates a bankrupty of serious ideas for governing. And what about Obama? As president will his feet be just a different kind of clay. McCain and Obama want Bush's job who is arguably the first moron to achieve such heights.

Lord Acton wrote a letter of condolance to General Robert E. Lee after the surrender of the Confederacy. Acton foresaw the coming corruption that all wealthy central governments bring. The South's loss was a loss of states rights which is the only foil against the monsters in central government.
