Those opinions were made to a girlfriend who set him up.But the analogy of peer pressure is valid. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 outlawed codified segregation. But the Act constructively codified inclusion and by extension took choice of association and personal opinion out of the individuals control. We have had two generations of social engineering because of this law.Now the children of LBJ's Great Society want to be free of all criticism. But they have the law on their side. We have to level the playing field of public opinion.I don't know whether Sterling's free speech violation will be recognized by the court. But if it isn't than more of this high-handed behavior will be coming more often and sooner. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 should be expunged. If peer pressure is the new norm then no one side should be handicapped.People like Sterling were effectively made by the tax code.A simpler tax code would make modern day black ghetto ball a lot less profitable. I was an avid fan of basketball during the golden years of the Celtics, Knicks, Baltimore Bullets etc. In those days one had to dribble the ball when he moved.Guys like Bob Cousy, K.C. Jones, Walt Frazier, Earl Monroe and Jerry West and others were something to watch. Now guys like LeBron James are human bowling balls striking ten-pin-bodies on the way to the basket. That's black ghetto ball.A new tax code would eliminate Sterling and force fans of ghetto ball to go to the ghettos to watch their wallets and their favorite half backs.

What Does Jason Collins Think About Jerry Sandusky?

All the media mice are gushing  about NBA Jason Collins coming out of the closet or the locker room proclaiming his gay credentials.Well, " la de la". So what's that mean for the rest of us? I guess the implication is that one can be a homosexual and still demonstrate superior athletic ability over the mostly heteros one meets on a basketball court or gridiron or baseball diamond or any contentious turf one could mention. It's a tacit validation of homosexuality for all and a beckoning to children who are thinking about a sexual homosexual experience.

It wasn't too long ago that disgraced Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky was vilified in the press for having sexual encounters with numerous "underage" athletes who were left in his hands to learn of winning football techniques. How many of those "underage" boys lured Sandusky? After all the testimony elaborated long periods of "abuse". If it was abuse then why didn't some one say "ouch" or "stop"? We are well into 40 plus years of championing gay rights. We teach gay life styles in schools.So what's a child to do if the press and his teacher is telling them that's it's OK to try alternative homosexual sexual experiences? Actually you could be regarded as a bigot if you don't give homosexuality a chance!

Motion Picture "Milk" & Sean Penn

The straight, white guy Sean Penn was in San Francisco last night. He was celebrating the world premiere of "Milk" at the Castro Theater. Penn played the part of the slain homosexual activist Harvey Milk. How straight is Penn? Well he actually married Madonna. Now that's gratitude . But it certainly wasn't customary. When Madonna finally caught her breath she divorced him and went on to bigger and better with the NBA. She also earned her own personal homosexual credentials along the way.

Madonna & Missed Opportunity At Live Earth

Why was there no talk about human overpopulation at the Live Earth venues? The rock stars and politicos only addressed global warming. But global warming is only an effect of the problem. The cause of global warming,rampant extinctions and other scourages is the consumer habits of the overpopulated human species. Hundreds of millions of people with obviously nothing better to do were listening. These are some of the ones who should have less children. What a missed opportunity.

Madonna should have been the keynote speaker about human overpopulation. She could have spoken like this, "You all know me. I have had sex with most all kinds of people. Here's a partial list: NBA numbskulls, Puerto Rican greasers, trembling lilly-white choir boys, boisterous bisexuals, lesbian groupies etc. But I only have 2 children.
