BART & SEIU: Build A Transportation System And They Will Strike

BART management settled the very disruptive strike with the Service Employees International Union. The overpaid strikers who make more than 90% of their passengers remind why unions have so little dues paying members.No matter what they get in contract negotiations they want more next time because it's never enough. Consequently jobs go elsewhere. Whether it be overseas or right to work states here in America. It's interesting the 'International" in the SEIU title. Sounds like a Marxist/Leninist organization with its goal set on a worldwide roll out.The commissars at SEIU headquarters should know two facts. This 2013 not 1913. And there are almost seven billion on the planet. In other word, people are cheap and unions aren't. So who you gonna call? Coincidentally ground breaking on California's bullet train recently began. So here we go again. Billions are going to be spent so another union can take effective control and hold Cal passengers/owners hostage. Union members could be given toy electric trains to play with? Then they wouldn't disturb hard working adults.

Government Unions : Super Citizens

Wisconsin is having trouble reining in state unions. Facing a budget deficit, Governor Scott wants give backs and layoffs. The unions won't hear of it. They have assembled mean demonstrations and enlisted the help of other affiliated unions that are not involved in the layoffs or give backs. SEIU is the prime example of a union throwing its weight around in an effectively immoral way.

The unions are behaving like a criminal enterprise and should be prosecuted under RICO statutes. Imagine Lockhheed getting help from Ford to get a contract away from Boeing. Also if one works for the government, the strike right should not be available. Otherwise it's like a super citizenship. I.E. not only does the union worker administer policy but it can demand pay and benefits not available to the citizenship it supposedly serves. Rule by decree is not tolerated by tyrants or loud mouth union bosses and their friends in government.

P.S. President Obama has just released a statement that the Wisconsin people and their legislature are "assaulting unions". He's implying that he's not concerned with unions outrageous demands.

Was Andrew Stern of SEIU Threatened ?

"Socialistic Fanatic Union Boss Resigns After Major Victory" could be an incredulous headline. But in fact Andrew Stern of the Service Employees International Union resigned today. He was recently appointed to a prestigious Presidential commission by Barack Obama on ways to cut the deficit. This was a partial payback for all the work that the SEIU did in helping BO get elected. Also his union has been the equivalent of street thugs-Hitler had "Brown Shirts"- for the democratic party in squelching dissent at "town hall" meetings no matter who ran the meeting.  That "i" in the SEIU stands for international and probably meant he would take his union around the world as per the communists of the 1920s. Yet he resigned. 

Could he be fearful for his security and health? Has he been threatened?
