Federal Reserve Experiment
The Federal Reserve should consider printing money with disappearing ink.Because negative interest rates in Europe and Japan has't worked Yellen et al in the money kitchen should consider artificially withering currency. Not every bill should have a short shelf life say 1 year. Maybe only 2%. That could be one way of achieving 2% inflation. The clear message would be spend the cash or risk losing it.A side benefit would be a squeeze on drug dealers because they are cash only transaction. Counterfeiters could profit because their money would be more valuable by comparison. Their money would still be the reliable old fashioned method of production. The alternative to currency machinations world wide would be paying people what they are worth. That would shrink the deficits dramatically. And obviate the need for growth.

Obamacare: Rumors Of Demise May Be Premature
The Wall Street Journal's thoughtful editor Daniel Henninger wrote an op-ed piece in todays WSJ. He opined, " Mark July 3, 2013, as the day Big Government [in U.S.A.] finally imploded".He was referring to a quiet announcement by a deputy assistant Treasury secretary that Obama's Affordable Care Act "employer mandate " would be delayed for a year because of the " complexity of requirements ". He took that confession by the administration and ran with it. What did he run to? He ran to physics. He said, "..it's time to call in the physicists , the people who study black holes and death stars ( death stars would require George Lucas, not Caltech ) . that's what the federal government looks like after expanding ever outward for the past 224 years." Simply he thinks liberal government has run out of political universe to creep into.
But Issac Newton or Caltech aren't the people or institutions that our Washington spending monkeys are ruled by in the foreseeable future. As long as our grinning apes have printing presses for money or there is any equity left in savers asset columns, congress, the executive and the judiciary will have quantum ingredients to print and tax into an alternative universe.

Derivatives Market Is $ 700 Trillion; Too Big To Fail, Too Big To Save
Since Glass Steagall waas repealed in 2000 by the Clinton Administration, the derivatives market that our banks gamble in has grown to $ 700 trillion. There isn't that much equity on the entire planet! It's only a matter of time before another depression comes after the collapse of this giant game.

BATS Global Market Exchange IPO: Revenge Hacking Crash ?
Yesterday the slimey BATS Global Exchange IPO got slimed. It's the focus of an SEC investigation of what's wrong with volatile modern day equity markets . Was a 'software bug" to blame? An exchange spokeman said it was. Anyone want to believe a spokeman for a controversial high frequency trading platform whose controversial front running order strategies range to hated? Or was it a hacking revenge event in the publics interest by a dwindling ,fed up minority of honest Wall Street operators ?.The IPO was pulled. It's tough to pull on slime. But where's there's a will there's a way. The offering was priced at $ 16. Moments later it traded at less than a penny. That's ironic because BATS makes mischief by parsing pennies. Slime handlers , Credit Suisse , Citi Group and Morgan Stanley underwriters had to withdraw the offering from the very exchange that BATS started in 2005. Since that time BATS has grown to handle 11% of toatal equity volume and 3% of option equity contracts in U.S. They got rich. But the SEC and others are wondering what the slime ball firm does for the public interest?
Thank you to ever pulled this sliming off.

Attention Stock Market Traders : You Are Not Really Trading
Wonder why trading the stock market these days is so difficult, more so than in the past? Consider this. The contra- party traders that are on the other side of most of your losing trades have access to a real time account of the open interest in stocks. I.E. they can tell how "short" or how "long" the short term trading community is at any moment of the day. If the short term trading community crosses a crfitical point then all that is necessary is for a short term bear or bull raid by these parties with that crucial knowledge to cause the weak hands to stampede.
The take away from these facts is simple. One isn't trading when one is merely a rank and file market speculator. One is really only a witness to a construtive theft by Wall Street gangsters who have influnced congress to change regulations that allow this de facto "front running" orders. Next time you run into a politician or Wall Street broker, insult them. They will understand.
