SNAP: The Information Age and Random Acts Of Violence

An act of terrorism aimed at airlines happened on September 26, 2014. A worker set fire to an air traffic control facility in Chicago.Resulting in thousands of delayed or canceled flights. Only luck prevented collisions and deaths. The next day on September 27, 2014 a man somewhat connected to al Qaeda beheaded a co worker in Oklahoma.Snap, snap. Prior to ubiquitous instant communication these horrible events would not have happened. These events are tied to what our government is doing in the Middle East.Rightly or wrongly our mission there are causing snaps in people's behavior around the globe who heretofore were not part of active plans of espionage or terror planning. Ad hoc revulsion of indiscriminate bombing is the motivation for individual copy cat retaliation against barbaric war in the Middle East.Who hit first in that region? You will probably get as many opinions as the people you ask. Warriors cause wars. That self evident fact should be reason to stop our participation in wars we don't have a need to be in. Or else we will get more random acts of terror and more retaliation.

Pentagon Bombing Again : Yahoo

Just when the Pentagon thought it would have to sit out the war in Iraq things changed. An American reporter was beheaded and the monkeys at the Pentagon are loading the bombs and making plans for more boots on the ground in Iraq.Gingerbread decorated General Martin Dempsey, Chairman Of The Joint Chiefs, proclaimed that Syria would now have to be bombed also. Before this general wanted to bomb Assad forces. But now Dempsey wants to bomb anti-Assad forces in Syria. These forces are the ones who are causing all the trouble in Iraq. How will Dempsey and his monkeys at the pentagon know who they are bombing in Iraq and Syria? Does it matter? Not to him .Too bad bin Laden missed the Pentagon and got the Twin Towers.

Manhattan : Losing Freedoms Because of Israel

Manhattan may be harder to get around if NYPD's Operation Sentinel is put into place. Fox News is carrying the story that Operation Sentinel, if approved by the elders of the city, would include the photographing of all license plates of vehicles entering the city. Also a deployment of radiation detectors and an installation of thousands more surveillance cameras would be implemented. There is also a plan for movable roadblocks !

I'm sure some welcome the measures. But the potential for abuse by anyone who gets access to that data which will be stored indefinitely is obvious. And the question then is "What's next?". These steps are similar to the ones implemented by the Israeli occupiers of Palestine before they erected the apartheid wall. How about a wall around Manhattan? Walls would be better than roadblocks ?

The 9/11 event was partly about a failed U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East. A particular part of that failure is the continued support of the illegal occupation of Palestine by the Israelis. So instead of fixing that part of our foreign policy we double down on that losing U.S./Israel relationship by having U.S. citizens suffer a loss of freedom and incur more discomfort with these proposed new "security" measures.

This loss of freedom of movement is just the latest discomfort that America endures for the failed state of Israel. Dump Israel and the U.S. will do a lot better in many ways.

Shock And Awe Are Tools Of Barbarians

Our presumptious, proponent of preemptive war pup of a president is touring the middle east. He's assessing the fallout from his shock and awe approach to mankind. Shock and awe are the tools of the barbarian who is met with an appropriate response by the injured parties who can't waste time trying to reason with the brute who has entered someone's home or country.

Bush is being met with objections and warnings about more shock and awe in the region particularly against Iran. Is Bush concerned that his barbaric ways have run their course? Will he be left without someone to hate?

Senator Joseph Lieberman & Missed Humane Final Solution

Yesterday Senator Lieberman was on " Face The Nation". He said in part, " If they [ Iran ] don't play by the rules, we've got to use our force, and to me, that would include taking military action to stop them from doing what they're doing [ atomic work/aiding Iraqi resistance ]".

To me, Lieberman is a caricature of the whining, Zionist Jew in our midst. Actually there are more non-Jewish Zionists in America, but Lieberman is a cartoon character. He's the Senator from Connecticut who had a "D" for Democrat after his name but now has an " I " for Independent. But the " I " really stands for Israel whose policies he pushes above U.S. interests in the Middle East. Simply he wants the world made safe for Israel's slow-motion genocide of the Palestinians. In spite of the debacle in Iraq, Lieberman now wants to go into Iran.

Lieberman is doing what comes naturally for a Jewish Zionist. But I don't get the Connecticut voters. There can't be that many Zionists or Jews in the state to carry Lieberman by themselves. So Lieberman had help outside of his personal demographic. Too bad, the 2006 election was a missed oppurtunity for a humane final solution for Lieberman. Maybe next time the cartoon character will be shown the door.
