Too Many People, Too Much Democracy

The current world wide population of humans is approximately 7 billion.There are 189 nations on the planet.All of those nations are run by governments that stay in power by catering to their constituents needs and to some degree their desire for more. More freedom. More food. More fun. Etc.In the late 1970's world wide fish stocks plummeted to 70-80% of former populations. Human population at that time was half of present tally-app. 3.5 billion.Similar plunging percentages hit wild life around the globe. Making room for hungry people who need housing necessarily equates to less habitat for flora and fauna. Fact is, we live on a zero sum planet.So now what? Democracy and liberal human- centric governing philosophies are not possible to the degree that got us to the current condition of lack of water, food stuffs and habitat for humanity.There is enough room and enough water and enough food if there were not so many people seeking them.The notion that 7 billion people are more valuable today than yesterday is preposterous. It's even more preposterous that adding billions more of people is a good idea. So? There necessarily will be less democracy and less people going forward.

He vowed to pray for Brussels and after that would pursue and bring to justice the operatives.How does he bring to justice two dead suicide bombers? She answered a question that the Fed is studying the legality and implementation of negative interest rates in the U.S. Negative interest rates as the name suggests are rates of interest charged to member bank or banks charge their customers who have money on deposit.It's the last resort. It's akin to the Fed or the bank forcing some one to take out a loan. It's form of indenture-making one a slave till his bill/loan is paid. The customer can avoid negative interest rate accrual by preemptively buying something in the hopes of a positive return either by way of investment or life style adventure.Credit worthiness of the prospective borrower may be over looked to avoid a sure loss with neg rates.In short our government and its agencies view the citizens as worthless unless they are in debt indentured servant. Debt takes the form of borrowed money for investment or travel or buying consumer goods etc. Debt is also the sine qua non that governments necessarily need to exist. Addicting people or corporations to services guarantees government and the politicians jobs at the nexus of huge money flows.And we all know how much that can benefit lobbyists, politicians and bureaucracy.Central governments all become common highway robbers near the end of their lives.

Blacks Discipline Problem

Two hundred or so years after slaves were imported. One hundred and fifty or so years after the Emancipation Proclamation. Sixty or so years after the Civil Rights Act our Bay Bridge was shut down yesterday by advocates of black issues. "Issues" translates into more money for nothing and more exceptions to living a normal life which includes working for a living and not having children you can't afford etc.The commute traffic was shut down for hours as five lanes of bridge traffic were blocked by cars which stopped and drivers then chained cars and themselves in place.Inclusion of negroes while having advanced significantly, they wear clothes although I suspect for some it's a disguise to pass for civilized, seems to have stalled.Like the cars on the bridge. I think that regularity is a bridge that some blacks refuse or are reluctant to take. In essence it's like a wheel. Confederate Monuments Removal:New Orleans Changes History

New Orleans, Louisiana City Council voted today to remove four monuments of Confederate era leaders.One of those is a towering master work of Robert E Lee that has stood for over one hundred years.Another is Jefferson Davis who was president of the Confederate states.The usual reasons were included in the debate.Two reasons given were lynching of blacks and of course slavery. I don't think Lee or Davis ever used a rope to hang a black or white man.But that's not the popular narrative which has been sold by carpetbaggers both black and white since the end of the Civil War.Its been their stock in trade for political and monetary gain.Taking down statues is revising history. That's a form of theft.I have noticed that many African Americans are behind bars for theft. So they feel at home in some elses home. Given enough time it would seem that getting rid of the wheel could be down the road for power mad blacks who prefer to walk in the middle of the street.The reason why blacks are here is because their relatives in West Africa sold them. No hate speech has been done.Right now its gone.But will there still be news coverage?So if we see in streaming real time news coverage people getting blown up by laser bombs from planes not readily visible. Or we see in real time a beheading or a suicide squad blowing up a building in Europe. Would those signs be in themselves be "hate signs" How to you ban sign language?Who will interpret whether the sign language is hateful?Would the ultimate censorship be no reporting of the news?Would that stop hate?I would suggest NO WAR WITHOUT A NATIONAL REFERENDUM as one way to stop the spread of hate.

So in place of news came black anecdotal stories from around our country.The story pieces was meant to elicit empathy. I remember the night I stopped watching the NewsHour. A segment featured a black, lisping homosexual man on a Texas University campus. He was some what depressed. He bemoaned his place in life. He was black and homosexual and most of the campus was not.That's it. End of segment. No more. So what was I supposed to do? Reach out? Send him a valentine? Is this news? Do the contributors to the NewsHour have this trite piece in mind when they give?Is there a bubble in liberal news media coverage about black issues?

Drones are different. Something completely new. Humans fault/fall out lie with their ability to be in more than one place at a time. They take up more space than they need/deserve. Money and technology enable this chaos of constant change and consumption and exploitation. But drones deliver a kind of deus ex machina wheres individuals can kill, spy or destroy without a trace. Heretofore guns needed to be fired by some one in firing range.Which necessarily is an entirely different risk to the shooter.But with a remote controlled drone the firing range is increased exponentially . Who was behind the drones act of murder etc?Jeff Bezos of Amazon and Google Ventures and some venture capitalists want access to the space above our heads. Package deliveries being one object.That's one use. What about the thousands of unintended possibilities.Suppose Hillary Clinton was giving a speech in an out door venue.How could the Secret Service protect her from a gun equipped drone?Bin Laden could have used a dozen or so drones for each Boeing 787 to make a point.Federal Aviation Administration is trying to codify rules for drone use in an urban environment. Ain't going to work.Free access to drones in air space above our heads amounts to trespassing which can never be made legal without significant blow back of self defense.GPS equipped Drones will deliver efficiency in assassination.Venture capitalists all have addresses. Resisting Arrest And Black Lives

Resisting arrest is not an option without consequence.Blacks dying while being arrested have been in the news.According to Wikipedia, "The courts in the United States regard resisting arrest as a separate charge or crime in addition to other alleged crimes committed by arrested person.It is possible/legal to be charged, tried and convicted in this charge alone without any underlying cause for the original decision to arrest one even if the original arrest was clearly illegal".The courts are saying that police work entitles lawful stopping and or arrest. That is the front line of the law and its enforcement.All of the blacks in the recent news were resisting and or fleeing arrest in various ways. Some were violently resisting. Some were fleeing because there may have been outstanding warrants for their arrest. Police should kill those folks whether they be black or white if the resisting suspect threatens the health or life of the police officer. Relaxing resisting arrest statues will only make things worse.Justice begins with the arrested suspect.If the suspect refuses then he/she challenges the entire legal system. Attorneys and judges would become redundant if there were no suspects in custody.And then it would be up to individuals to protect themselves. And no body really wants that except criminals.

Revising History Is Like Faking Lab Results

The problem with revising history is valuable knowledge gleaned from real life experience is lost.Consequently a repeat of mistakes is sure to follow.It's akin to having a doctor take samples and then reporting back not accurate results so the doctor looks to be correctly treating the ailment.Recent examples of revising reasons for the U.S. Civil War only insures another civil war.It has started. It's cold now but could turn hot.The Civil War was about states rights. It was tied to tariffs and taxation. Freeing the kitchen help wasn't the reason.Consequently what we are going to do about restive minorities is still not addressed.My own prescription is to deny them benefits unless they obey common sense laws.No walking in the middle of strets with heavy traffic. And do not run away or resist arrest from the police.

Happy 4th of July!In 1776 our nation broke from the divine right of king's rule by claiming "All are Created Equal".Therefore King George we are revolting.Well here we are many years later. Many have assumed a literal translation of all are created equal. With applications to every part of human encounter. Recently the laws of marriage were changed to allow anyone to marry anyone.That will lead to a civil war.But for now our "melting pot" will continue to blur actual differences by way of presumptuous laws.Melting pot? Does anything look or behave well when its melted?

So that precludes an article that takes longer than 10 seconds to read.Of course all people don't read at the same speed.So will there be a handicapped app? We invaded the whole country. It's like there is a group of a couple dozen bad guys in Oakland but a foreign power invades America to teach them a lesson.Stupid? Let's use "Pentagon" instead of "stupid". It means the same thing. Think about this . The Pentagon has budgeted $85 Billion for one year in Afghanistan.We will have approximately 10,000 of our own troops stationed there. A soldiers salary runs between $18,000-$34,000 per year.There are other expenses. The Pentagon has to feed, clothe,arm, medicate, transport etc. It adds up.But if you divide 10,000 into the $85 Billion you come up with an average of $8.5 Million per American service personnel.Where does all that extra money go? It goes for nothing. We lost in Afghanistan yet we throw more money at that losing cause.But someone is smiling big time.My guess that in a pretty short time Pentagon supplied equipment will end up in the hands of the "enemy" who will either use it or resell it.The Pentagon is stupid and we are stupid for thinking they know more than we do.

Probably was stolen. So no cost. F-16 cost approximately $20 million.Hellfire missile cost about $70K each.And those costs don't include shipping. Aircraft carriers cost million per day to operate. And all those contractor bills! My god they would sink that carrier.So a quick look at the books show it may have cost the U.S.approximately a million to kill that terrorist.It wont add up.The cost is too expensive. The guy on the bike can be replaced instantly at hardly any cost. Steal another bike! Whereas our cost will be so expensive we will have to borrow from the world. Which we will repay with fiat money which will leave foreign creditors holding worthless bonds because deflation will bankrupt debtor America. How Many People Do We Want On The Planet?

Ebola virus has the potential to kill millions. It could kill billions. That's an argument for sending help to Africa to stop the worse case scenario of a world wide pandemic.Superficially it's the wise decision.But Ebola is a symptom of the basic problem of lack of nutrition for overpopulated areas and also accompanying hygiene issues.So if we contain Ebola then we necessarily have to address nutrition and hygiene challenges.That is challenge that no one wants to talk about. Because we don't have the resources.It follows then we have to make a decision of how many people we want to limit to a global population.Right now nature says we have gone over the optimum number many years ago. My own reckoning gives 1970 as the year.The world population at that time was approximately 3.7 billion.That's roughly half of where we are today.In the late seventies world fish stocks plummeted 80% over the next decade and scarcely have recovered.Similar percentage losses in bird also were documented. Global pollution is written about daily and is getting worse.Do we have another 40 years left? Sure but what kind of planet will be looking at? And what kind of life will be living?Not hopeful. Let nature take its course with Ebola in Africa. We have to start somewhere.Africa is where it all began.

Pope Francis And World War III

Today Pope Francis is in Redipuglia, Italy.It's the cemetery for approximately 100,000 Italians who died in World War I. He spoke about todays "chaos". He likened it to a piecemeal start of World War III. But he had no advice on how to prepare.He just condemned war. That's not a great leader. Great leaders point out directions that followers can use to prepare for the worst.For instance, he should advise his flock to have less children. That would limit casualties.Don't wait for that . Birth control is not in his job description.

Expensive Drug Or Death?

Japan is in the news today. It's pharma space is offering new cancer fighting drugs for $143,000.00 for a yearly treatment.Per capita income in Japan is approximately $37,000.00.Looks like many will be disappointed.Our own U.S. recently offered Sovaldi for $84,000.00 per treatment.It's for Hepatitus C.Our own per capita income is $53,000.00. Many will come up short. Of course pharma is counting on government to come up with the difference. Government hasn't the money either. But they can borrow.And if few and fewer want to buy government debt what will happen? Not to worry. The government will buy its own debt!And so it goes.People think they are worth saving. Governments want to help people with their imaginations and keep their phoney baloney jobs.Why not just tell people that they will all die some day. Which they will. And its very democratic and equal that they do die without burdening their survivors.C'est la vie.
