Siberian Tiger & Chaos At San Francisco Zoo?

News services report " chaos " at the S.F. Zoo during the recent death of one, mauling of two and the killing of the culprit the rare Siberian Tiger "Titania". What " chaos "? The death of the first victim and the death of the Tiger all happened in 20 minutes. That's pretty efficient and fast by jungle standards.

What is truly the result of chaos is that there are only 600 Siberian Tigers in the wild while there are app. 6.6 billion humans who ravage the planet at their leisure. More chaos will follow when the lawsuit will over value the human carnage while the tiger will only be garbage.

William Kristol Columnist At " The Jew York Times"

Look who is replacing defamed Judith Miller at the NYT. It's Bill Kristol the Zionist/Neocon . Bill will write a weekly column pushing the plans of the Israeli fifth and or filth column. He will be more efficient than Miller because while Judy had to wait for material from Cheney/Libby et al, Bill will get it directly from Tel Aviv.

The paper should change it's name to " The Jew York Times". It's more honest.

Mike Huckabee: Time To Exclude Evangelical Christians From Public Office

Evangelical Christian and presidential hopeful Mike Huckabee warned ," We must be alert and monitor Pakistanis that come to the U.S.". This xenophobic response was given at a press conference in West Des Moines, Iowa yesterday when asked about his thoughts on the asassination of Benazir Bhutto. He didn't mention that her embrace of U.S. interference in Pakistan's politics was the probable cause of her death. No this religious looney wants to continue America's failed foreign policy that is partially supported by evangelical christian extremists of which Bush and Huckabee are members.

Church and state shouldn't mix. It's time to exclude from consideration evangelical christian extremists from public office on the premise it would require a lobotomy or death to free up an evangelical from his or hers religion. They are as looney as the Islamic jihadists who also share the lack of maturity to lead a nation.

Zoos, Tigers & Other Endangered Species

Yesterday a visitor to the San Francisco Zoo was killed and two others were mauled by a rare Siberian Tiger who got out of his caged area and was later killed by police. A sorrowful experience all the way around.

What should be the purpose of a zoo? I think that the zoo's highest use is for captive breeding programs for endangered species so the animals can be released back into the wild. Caged animals being stared at by humans does not justify the expense and the quasi, slow-motion torture of imprisoned beasts.

John McCain: Another Irishman In The White House?

McCain is "surging" in New Hampshire. Next stop White House? Please. No. We already have a paranoid, hard-headed Irishman in there now.

Political & Financial Influence From Sovereign Wealth Funds

Merrill Lynch is in the news today. It will receive an equity-cash infusion of $6.2 billion from Sinapore's Temasek Holdings. Temasek is a sovereign wealth fund. That is defined as a fund which is managed by a foreign country. Merrill's transaction follows other recent investments from China, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi into equity investments of other ailing, cash-strapped institutions.

Gee, where's Israel when you need her? I guess Israel's game is to only take cash and give the finger in return. But with real money coming from other countries to prop up our financial errors it will naturally follow that Israel's power in our government will be challenged by these same foreign countries on other issues including the middle east. It's about time.

General David Petraeus, Fox Neocon News & Secrets Of Surge " Success"

Fox's Neocon chautauqua-news staged an implied Victory In Iraq award ceremony on Sunday. The host asked Gen. David Petraeus if he planned to seek the presidency after his recent pacification of Iraq.

The General said, " No". And why should the General be proud of this type of "military victory"? After all the secret of the success of the " surge" was simply to pay Sunnis $10.00 per day to fight al-qaeda or stay at home. That's $3.00 per day more than they were on average earning during the Saddam era. Also the other secret of the success of the surge was the Iranian savior faire to reign in Shiite militias so Bush could have a smelly fig leaf to hide behind in exchange for an implied no U.S. bombing of Iran position.

The pity of it all was the Iraq War was a war of choice and only made things worse for American prestige and security in the future.

Hillary Clinton: The Bitch Needs A Make Over

It must be true, I read it in " The New York Times". Hillary Clinton's handlers have launched a " a likability tour" according to the paper today. Yes, even Hill's inner circle admit that the bitch ( my term ) needs to kind o' appear more "caring". You know, convey empathy, unselfishness and honesty. This is going to be challenging since none of those traits come naturally. Even if they were there originally, her lenghty relationship with hubby- degenerate Bill would have worn them away long ago.

Isn't it strange that the Clinton campaign headquarters announced the makeover attempt so publically? It's like the people who will be impressed/duped don't read the papers much and would be surprised by the new Hillary. Also they dragged along Magic Johnson for extra publicity. He's the African-American ex-basketball player who tested positive for HIV. I guess his bona fide credentials reinforce the idea that the Clinton core support are people who may not read much and are in need of special treatment.

Africa: Hygiene, Overpopulation & The Future

The simple practice of hygiene seems to be beyond many in sub-Sahara Africa. The 25% of those 800 million Africans that are infected with HIV/AIDS is proof. And the corollary overpopulation that goes with unprotected sex underscores also. One wonders if the Africans don't get the concept of hygiene, what future do they have?

Will The U.S. Better Understand Another 9/11-Type Attack ?

The U.S. is providing real-time, intelligence assistance to Turkey in it's air strikes against Kurdish separatists in Iraq according to the news services today. Also in the news is more killing by our "ally" Israel of Gaza "militants". This is all taking place in the context of our slaughter of Iraq, sabre rattling against Iran and our instigating and support with weapons of various African war enterprises.

If , and I hope not, when or if another 9/11-type attack happens in the U.S. will we Americans better understand why it happened?

J. P. Morgan Gambles On Movies

Mel Brook's motion picture " The Producers" lead character Max Bialystock says, " The two cardinal rules of producing are one never put your own money in the show." And Leo Bloom asks, " And number two?". This time Max yells, " Never put your money in the show."

Obviously Morgan execs haven't listened to Max's caveat because they just formed an Entertainment Advisors division. The object of the new division among other services is to invest stockholders money into the production of motion pictures! Talk about illiquid and/or dubious rated investments as per the recent subprime mess. By comparison subprime mortgage paper looks like the gold standard.

Gap Founder Donald Fisher Pissing On Culture

Don Fisher who founded the Gap dress-down chain now wants to parlay that into an art statement. He's proposing to build a modern/contempoary art museum on a premier piece of Presidio land. The design is an rudely-iconoclastic inappropriate "cubist" style. It will be starkly adjacent to 18th century Spanish architecture buildings.

No. It's not because he's Jewish that he pisses on the 18th century Spanish culture. But it probably plays a part.

United States Is Israel's Stooge

Yesterday the U.S. pulled its draft of an U.N. Security Council resolution endorsing and seeking others to support and endorse the Annapolis peaces talks between the Israelis and Palestinians. Why was it pulled? First the Israelis weren't consulted and when they found out ,they objected to giving the U. N. a hand in the the process albeit a symbolic one.

Why do the Israelis hate the U.N.? Wasn't the crime of the partition of historic Palestine and the creation of Israel commited with the U.N.'s bogus authority? Well there have been many, many other resolutuions from the U.N. in subsequent years condemning Israel's illegal occupation and other atrocites. And as history has shown, when one deals with radical jews and zionists, the question is asked by them, " What have you done for us lately?"

And why should the U.S. listen to this crummy, rogue state? Well its because AIPAC and other pro-Israel organizations bribe our elected reps in Congress to never see the damage that Israel does. Ironically some of the money that the pro-Israel lobbyists use started as foreign aid money voted for Israel by these same members of Congress!

It's no mystery why the Zionists in recorded history have been the target of enslavement, expulsions or worse.

Richard Scruggs: Poor Judgment Champion Of Poor Judgment

The ironies are rich in the bribery indictment of attorney Richard Scruggs. He showed poor judgment in bribing Mississippi Judge Henry Lackey for a favorable fee distribution in law suits related to Hurricane Katrina. He, his son and others were caught in an F.B.I. sting operation. So here's a theif who already receives millions per year streaming from his Big Tobacco shakedown stooping for relative chump change and using blatanly illegal methods. He shows bad judgment like the people he championed who were suing in a class action because they got ill after showing the bad judgment to smoke.

Boycott Dollar: Protest U.S. Occupation & Preemptive War

Hit 'em in the pocketbook. That's how you get the attention of Bush/Cheney and their warmongering cronies. Want to protest evil foreign policies? Have a portion of your finances in Euros or more peaceful foreign national assets. Devalued dollars buy less mayhem.

Dick Cheney : Anitchrist?

Yesterday Vice President Dick Cheney underwent another procedure to get his heart in sync. Too bad the tune up was successful. To me Cheney is the incarnation of malevolence. He's the draft-dodging grandmaster of the military-industrial complex who shoots harmless game birds in his spare time.

According to the intelligent design folks everything and everyone has a purpose according to the Creator. Well I guess Cheney's purpose is too scare more people into seeking god. As Sinclair Lewis' character Elmer Gantry said, " I know there's a god because I met the devil!".

Homo Sapiens: Shakespeare Description Said It Best

William Shakespeare's "MacBeth", Act 5, Scene 5.

" Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player that struts and frets his hour upon the stage and then is heard no more. It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury signifying nothing".

Shakespeare knew homo sapiens.

Explanation Of Iraq Policy

We couldn't leave Iraq when things were going badly. We can't leave Iraq when things are improving. So, what is our plan for Iraq?

We need Iraq for better or worse because it's good for business.

Harpoon Japan's Whale Fleet: Time For Boycott

Japan's resurgent whale-killing fleet left port last week. It's mission was to kill 50 Humpback whales to partially satisfy some of it's 127,000,000 population that enjoy whale flesh. Japan has unilaterally broken the International Whaling Commission's moratorium that has been in place since 1963. Greenpeace set sail also. It plans to shadow the fleet and launch Zodiacs to try and disrupt the killings.

Japan is also involved in the slaughter of Bluefin tuna. The tuna has suffered a 90% reduction in it's numbers as the sushi devotees pay ever incresing prices. As long as it's available at some price it's like nothing has changed in the ocean's tuna stocks.

Too bad Greenpeace doesn't have access to Harpoon missles that can be rigged from either planes, submarines or ships and aimed at Japenese whaling slaughter houses. The well being of the whales and tuna is certainly worth a portion of the Japanese population. But short of that speculation, a consumer boycott of Japanese goods is appropriate .

S.F. Supervisors Need Oath From Illegal I.D. Applicants.

May I offer a suggestion to our Board Of Supervisors?

Whereas S.F. Supervisors are the paragon of liberality and recently affirm this with the issuance of I.D. cards to illegal immigrants. Whereas S.F. Supervisors would like San Franciscans at large to follow and model their own personal behavior on the Board's personality. Should it not follow that the mostly poor, illegal immigrants that we want to attract to San Francisco be somewhat modeled on the Board and our city's preferred resident? Therefore to that goal I propose the requirement of a an oath of preferred behavior from said illegal immigrants before they be granted quasi-legal illegal status.

To wit:

I am an illegal immigrant and I promise the following. So help me Tom Ammiano.

1) I will never have children until I am legal.
2) I will never be a burden to the S.F. tax payer.
3) I will never commit ANOTHER illegal act which includes promoting or supporting cock fighting or using or selling drugs.
4) I will never litter.
5) I will never vote republican.
6) I want affirmative action status against other settled minorities so that the Board can appear to be even more liberal than previously imagined. How else can I afford to live in the city? Maybe if the Board would partition some homes in the Western Addition, Chinatown or Pacific Heights?
7) I promise to be ambivalent about anything that requires critical thinking.

Iraq Victory?

The news is filled with favorable reports and anecdotal photos of how Baghdad is so much safer. Credit is given to Bush's "surge" tactic. So are we supposed to believe that after app. 1,000,000 Iraqi war-related deaths, 4,000,000 Iraqi refugees, $700 billion and counting spent by the U.S. , app. 3900 U.S. deaths, app. 84,000 U.S. casualities that all's well that ends well?

I don't think so. I think the more accurate description of present day Iraq/Baghdad is that it is de facto partioned. And that makes the U.S. redundant. Our troops should leave as the Brits have and we will see a further cessation of hostilities.

May Bush, Cheney et al rot.

A Plan To Protect Endangered Primates In The Congo

It's well known that gorillas, bonobos and chimpanzees, man's closest relatives, are killed in the Congo for "bush meat". The killers claim that Congolese lore instructs "...the [apes] flesh and bones strenghten their own [Congolese] children".

Meanwhile over in Darfur hundreds of thousands are dying because of the true, basic reason of overpopulating a dry-land ecosystem. They brought more children into the world at the same time they couldn't really take care of the ones already here.

Hey, why don't the Congolese killers get the redundant Darfurs instead of killing endangered primates? Or is Darfur too far to go and it sounds too much like work?

Jackie Speier & Tom Lantos: Victim Credentials

Thirteen-term Congressman Tom Lantos, who is best known for being a Holocaust survivor and promoting Israel-first policies in Congress will probably be challenged by Ca. Senator Jackie Speier. Speier is an Armenian-American. Armenians can also claim being victims of a 19th century Armenian genocide. She also can claim a personal victim status by being an "aid" to the late Rep. Leo Ryan. She accompanied him but escaped his fate at the Jonestown massacre.

Are the holocaust/genocide credentials a coincidence? Are those dubious credentials helpful in the American political playbook? Or put another way, would either Lantos or Speier be where they are today without the political capital of being victims? Well America was first settled by victims of religious persecution. So it's kind of in our blood this victim-status celebration. Read the inscription on the Statue of Liberty concerning the open-door policy to all comers. But excessive is not a good description of any policy and America has become a caricature in promoting/protecting just about any belief or political policy.

Nancy Pelosi : Weak & Confused About Speaker's Duties

Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi said before the 2006 elections that made her the first woman Speaker Of The House, that the impeachment of Bush/Cheney "..was off the table". Well she has stuck to that oath. But what about the oath she took in Congress? You know the one, about upholding the laws of the U.S. Shouldn't she follow the facts no matter where they may lead? Even if it's an impeachment of Bush/Cheney. Who is she to take impeachment off the table?

Bush and Cheney have done enough damage to rate being hung. Poor Pelosi can't get the courage for a relatively mild impeachment.

Treasury's Henry Paulson Hollow Defense Of Dollar

The dollar has lost about 30% of its value versus the Euro in the past 2 years. Yesterday Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson was giving cheap lip support to the greenback by saying "...a strong dollar is in the nation's best interest and its strength is tied to the long-term strength of the [U.S.] economy". That's partially true. A strong economy cannot support a dollar that rolls off the printing press faster than the growth rate of that economy. Something has to give I.E. the value of the dollar on world markets goes down Q.E.D. So if the federal government really wanted a strong dollar it wouldn't print so much money.

Alas that's how Washington works. Paulson and his Wall St. cronies and Bush and his warmongering buddies want more money now and will let foreigners hold the bag of the falling buck. But sometime soon the foreigners may refuse to lose as much and decide to deversify out of our currency. That shift might be what's neccessary to end this war that relies on foreigners to fund.

Oil Soaked Birds & Saudi Prince

App. 30,000 oil soaked birds are dead or dying from the oil spill in the Caspian Sea yesterday. The ecological disaster will linger for years. Meanwhile in Paris, oil soaked Saudi Prince Walid bin Talal was buying a personal jet. It wasn't just any personal jet, but an Airbus 380. It cost $300 million and will use about as much oil that was spilled in the Caspian in about a year. This collassal misuse of natural resources points out the folly and overestimation of the human's importance.

CEO Severance Pay Package Abuse And Prediction

Ex-Citigroup CEO Charles Prince will walk away with a $100 million severance pay package for his part in the $ 13 billion and counting, subprime mess at the bank. He's the latest example of the non-logical policy of paying big cash awards to failed leadership in the executive suites, which include ousted CEOs at Time-Warner, Home Depot, Merrill Lynch and Freddie Mac.

Will there ever be a return of meritocracy? I predict that if this is the best performance that money can buy then the future winners and survivors will be based on a non-monetary system, E.G. barter system, religious and/or tribal groups. These systems/groups can't afford to lose.

Save Us From More Non-Discrimination Legislation

Yesterday the House rolled out it's latest assualt on people's personal choice , bias and preference. Yes I believe personal choice is more important than some store- bought politician's idea on preferance. This latest model in congressional brainwashing is titled the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. The short story of the bill is to make it illegal"... to refuse to hire or to discharge or otherwise discriminate against any individual.... because of such individuals actual or perceived sexual orientation."

Why do we need this legislation? The anecdotal evidence in America about homosexual freedoms is abundantly seen in same sex unions, the spread of HIV/AIDS, etc. What people do in private is their business. But the assualt on others personal choice concerning these issues is not the homosexual's exclusive territory. LIVE AND LET LIVE.

A Policy Of Torture Against Serious Crime?

The WSJ op-ed page waved the little, kike attorney Alan Dershowitz in front of me this morning. So I couldn't help but respond. His article titled " Democrats And Waterboarding" advocated a strong democratic party platform against terrorists. He encouraged democrats to accept waterboarding and presumably other forms of torture in certain circumstances in America's fight against terrorists. He implies the end justifies the means.

Well if torture is to become part of America's culture, then why limit it's use against suspected terrorists? Why not broaden it's application to homocide and/or arson suspects? After all, these are particularly heinous crimes that society at large needs to find out about the truth. And that's the rub. Once the philosophy of law enforcement includes torture then it's only a matter of time before other criminal actions serious or not become eligible for the treatment of torture.

The NAZIs used torture. Maybe the SS used torture on an Alan Dershowitz relative. When will these kikes learn?

Dennis Kucinich & Dick Cheney Impeachment

Today Dennis Kucinich introduced articles of impeachment on the House floor of Vice President Dick Cheney. The bill had only 21 co-sponsors out of 435 members of the House of Representatives. Pelosi was not one of the co-sponsors! Why only 21 supoorters? Do the members need more proof? Are the members cowards? No. The answer is that there is no lobbyist money in impeachment!

The Environmental Costs Of Overpaid Baseball Players

In the ninteenth century, Abner Doubleday invented baseball. At that same time, there existed in the wilds of India app. 200,000 Bengal Tigers. Yesterday, the newspaper carried an article about Yankee Alex Rodriguez wanting $ 350 million to stay with the New York team. In that same paper was a tiny article about the fact only 1500 Bengal Tigers lived in what's left of India's refuges.

So what's the connection? The metaphysics of our earth is zero sum. I.E. the creation/transformation of earthly resources necessarily result in the destruction/modification of another resource. Therefore the overpaid "A-Rod"who is watched by Yankee fans has been in some part been paid by the disappearance of Bengal Tigers. The wealth of India's wildlife was turned into cash which is fungible in the worlds currencies markets to pay for goods and services which includes " A-Rod's" salary.

Bill & Hillary Clinton: Find Terrorists Useful

In 1999, then President Bill Clinton pardoned and had released from prison 11 members of the Puerto Rican terrorist group Armed Forces Of Liberation a.k.a. FALN. The group advocates the " violent pursuit of Puerto Rican independence". And true to their credo commited 130 bombings in the U.S. which also resulted in 84 innocent casualties some maimed for life and 6 Americans killed.

Now Bill was either overwhelmed with compassion for these terrorists OR he wanted to get Hillary a few more Hispanic votes for her initial U.S. Senate race. This is an historical fact. Character? "The Clintons don't show no stinking character!"

Eliot Spitzer Makes Theocractic Government Look Better

What's the difference between a theocracy's policies and a liberal democrat's policies as administered by Governor of New York Eliot Spitzer? Well a theocracy only extends the rights of its government to its followers. In contrast, liberal democratic policies as recently proposed by Gov. Eliot Spitzer extends the rights of citizens also to illegal immigrants and who may be in this country for additional illegal acts.

Well I guess if you believe that all are equal, then anything can pass for good policy in a liberal government including giving driver licenses/IDs to an illegal alien. Never give up your guns.

Exxon, Valdez Captain Hazelwood Judgments: New Values Needed

What should be the penalty for the death and destruction of app. 500,000 seabirds, 5000 sea otters, 12 river otters, 300 harbor seals, 250 bald eagles, 22 Orcas (killer whales), billions of salmon and herring eggs and a toxic residue of oil in the sea bed that will linger for hundreds of years? The Supreme Court has decided to hear Exxon's appeal of $2.5 billion punitive damages award against it for it's 1989 spill of 11 million gallons of oil in Alaska's pristine Prince William Sound.

Years ago, Captain Joseph Hazelwood of the tanker Exxon Valdez which ran aground and spilled the oil was accused of being drunk while in command of the vessel. He was cleared of that charge. But he was found guilty of a " midemeanor charge of negligent discharge of oil". For this violation, he was fined $ 50,000 and had to serve 1000 hours of community service.

That's woefully not adequate to the damage that he was reponsible for. This paltry penalty points out the overvaluation of the human in comparison to the natural world. With that kind of legal logic, it's only a matter of time before our natural world is sacrificed on the alter of the human's wrongly inflated opinion of itself. New values have to be reflected in our laws that down grade the human and upgrade the increasingly dwindling natural world.

James D. Watson: Spoke The Truth

Dr. Watson shared the 1962 Nobel Prize for describing the double-helix structure of DNA . Recently Dr. Watson wrote a book titled, " Avoid Boring People: Lessons From A Life In Science". Also recently Dr . Watson said , " Overall people of African descent are not as intelligent as people of European descent". I applaud Dr. Watson's scientific contributions, wit and insight.

But it would seem that I'm in the vocal minority. The prigs of political correctness have judged his remarks about the African race to be racist. Therefore academic institutions including Rockefeller University have cancelled scheduled speeches by the 79 year old ,honest and brilliant man.

The truth of his remarks about Africans is self-evident in historical records. It does not make Africans necessarily inferior . He only said that by WESTERN INTELLIGENCE STANDARDS, Africans didn't measure up . Africans have their own standards. Whose standard is more accurate depends on where one lives and what one values.

Arthur Schopenhauer Predicts Michael Ladeen

The ninteenth century German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer said, " Jews were the master of the lie" . Personally I think that is an overstatement. But it is applicable to certain warmongering Zionists. Which brings up one of the American Enterprise Institute resident scholars Michael Ladeen. Schopenhaauer predicts the like of Mike.

Yesterday in the WSJ, Ladeen did a piece titled " Victory Is Within Reach In Iraq? He makes this preposterous claim after 4 plus years of U.S. killing in Iraq which unleashed a civil war and now threatens world peace. U.S. losses number over 3800, app. 75,000 American forces are wounded or disabled and over $ 700 billion has gone up in smoke. Iraqi losses are even greater. Estimates of over 1,000,000 dead, app 5,000,000 Iraqi dislocated from their homes or the country itself and now the country is in a de facto partitioned state with no end in sight. Is this what victory looks like? Could anything happen in Iraq now to make the sum total of America's involvement even resemble a victory? No Ladeen's claim is unbelievable.

Ladeen also mentions that since the Brits mostly left southern Iraq some normalcy has returned. Well isn't that really an argument for American withdrawal rather than an example of a British "victory" in Sothern Iraq? Ladeen wants to build on this "victory in Iraq" by taking the action cross border into the " terror masters of Iran". Hey Mike, when they come for the Zionists who will hide you?

Halo 3, Xbox, Wii & Stunted Personal Growth

Recently Microsoft's Halo 3 game propelled quarterly Xbox sales to 527,800. This total eclipsed Nintendo's Wii 501,000 sales figure. Video game revenue which includes portable games and accessories totaled $ 1.36 billion. That's up a whopping 74% from last years comparison.

Is the time and money spent in this voyeuristic, masturbation of life creating a cultural , physical and mentally stunted individual? How many hours and days away from the natural world and away from conversation and human interaction have been lost? And at what cost?

How do you reach these increasingly isolated people? Here's an idea. How about some enterprising hackers introducing subliminal messages in the software which asks, " Is this the best way to live a life?"

America & Age Of Carpetbagger

Whether Hillary Clinton wins or not, the trend towards carpetbagger politicians is set as if on railroad tracks. The tracks are spiked into the false American proposition that "all are equal". The fact is that we are all known by our differences. Only America's wealth allows this fantasy philosophy to survive. So carpetbaggers like the Clintons will run campaigns that redistribute not just wealth but more importantly others self esteem and personal achievment.

Sooner or later these carpetbagger policies will bankrupt the U.S. and hopefully a more rational/sustainable political philosophy will take its place.

Pat Buchanan: Strutting Against U.N. Law Of Sea Treaty

Pat Buchanan's op-ed piece today scolds Bush and key members of the Senate for supporting the ratification of the U.N.'s Law Of The Sea . The treaty would bring comprehensive protection to 70% of the worlds surface that is covered by water. The evidence of declining fish stocks, marine pollution and destructive seabed mining procedures is acknowledged by the treaty and steps to mitigate it are codified.

That's on one side. On the other side, Buchanan invokes the conservative legacies of Teddy Roosevelt, Bob Taft, Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan. Buchanan says that they bristled at treaties that compromised U.S. sovereignty and the implied strutting rights over the worlds resources , no matter who owns them. But Buchanan fails to put those past war horses philosophies in the context of todays realities. The fact is that 25-80 years ago the environmental degregation of the seas were not as apparant as today.

Wake up Buchanan and smell the fresh sea air. It may clear out old, out- of- date, stale attitudes.

NY Times & Sulzberger-Zionist Tribe

And todays NYT article on possible Syrian nuclear capabilities includes, " In Washington and Israel, information about the [ Israeli bombing Syria ] raid has been wrapped in secrecy and restricted to just a handful of officials...".

" Secrecy"? It's on the front page of todays New York Times. So here we go again. The disgraced Judith Miller is gone after being exposed as a conduit for " Scooter" Libby's lies about Iraq's WMD but now we are being told that Syria has /or will have WMD also. Obviously the source of Israeli propaganda at the NYT resides at the highest levels. I.E. Sulzberger-Zionist Tribe.

Israel is not worth the effort of American intervention on it's behalf. Let Sulzberger and his greasy Zionist friends and relatives suit up for war themselves if they are so determined for Israel's help.

Urgent Message To Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation announced yesterday a new $100 million fund for "...early, unorthodox health innovations in a search for tools to fight global epidemics."

Hey Bill and Melinda, stop right there! First, the most important epidemic to stop is the growth of world-wide human population. Secondly I'm happy to report, we already have a cure for it. It's called birth control. It comes in both medicinal and in paraphernalia. So if you really care about humans and the quality of life keep it simple. Less is better.

Homeless: Wrong Definition

A Chinese proverb advises, " Wisdom can only be attained by calling things by their correct name". Calling San Francisco's street menace" homeless " only addresses the sympton not the deeper cause of the health and social hazard.

So if " homeless " is not used when referring to this menace and a more accurate discription like degenerates or filthy bums or chronic, criminal-like crazies are substiuted then a mitigating and constructive social counterattack against the street menace could proceed logically, swiftly and effectively.

Pity The Jena Six: They Don't Know Any Better

What's the difference legally between the symbolic display of noose on a school campus tree and attempted murder? While you ponder, add what you think the puishment should be for either.

The Jena Six African-Americans think that beating one white boy unconscious and leaving him possibly dead is a justifiable retaliation for the symbolic nooses being displayed. The Six have much support in the African American community and also whites who feel guilty for whatever reason.

Times up.You should have arriveed at an answer. New question: What has the Civil Rights movement done to improve critical thinking and race relations in America?

Israel: Gorged On Hate

Israeli war planes bombed an alledged Syrian nuclear facility a few days ago. What timing. Gee, I wonder if they are serious about the upcoming peace negotiations with the Palestinians whom they have subjected to a slow-motion genocide for the past 60 years?

And then there was the killing over 1000 Lebanese civilians last year in retaliation for the abduction of some Israeli soldiers which was in retaliation for an illegal occupation of Lebanon. And then there was the Israeli/AIPAC influence for the illegal , criminal Iraqi war. And then there is the present push by Israel/AIPAC for a war with Iran.

What makes Israel tick? I think it's hate. The country largely thrives on the breeder reactor of hate. It's their peculiar, signature, nuclear, social glue.

GM & UAW Leadership vs. UAW Rank & File

General Motors has offered the United Auto Workers leadership $ 50 billion to fund the outstanding liabilities of health care costs of the UAW rank and file. The effective triangulation is in the form of a VEBA-voluntary employee beneficiary association. It puts UAW leadership in the sweet spot of managing a $50 billion fund with all the perks and deals that creatively can be made at the expense of the rank and file membership. And it removes GM from any future health care liability. It's a cinch the UAW management can say NO to it's membership a lot easier than GM can. GM nearly went broke saying YES to the UAW.

S.F. Housing Authority: Not At Fault

Are we drawing the correct conclusions from the housing mess at S.F.'s Hunters View? Reports of mold, mice, rats, broken sewer pipes, etc. abound at housing run by the S.F. Housing Authority.

Point: Hundreds of millions were spent constructing and furnishing these publicly funded dwellings.

Point: After some years of said structures being inhabited, hygienic problems arise as mentioned.

Questions: Does housing self-litter? Are rats and mice attrcted to human food not properly stored? Sewars and pipes sometimes get blocked no matter what part of town they exist. Should residents call a plumber for help?

Conclusion: People create messes. Also people who do not understand or appreciate hygiene are doomed to suffer the ill effects of a lack of hygiene. Some residents of Hunters View would do better at an animal rescue shelter.

Vacuum Bomb: Correctly Named New Russian Bomb

Russia exploded it's "vacuum bomb". The air explosion is so intense that it creates a vacuum which resonates with the combustion of explosives and vaporizes all in it's fallout area. The name vacuum is appropriate. A lack of leadership or if you will a vacuum of sane, diplomatic leadership leads neatly to a vacuum cleaner approach to all living things.

Monkeys shouldn't have such technology.

9/11: Lesson

The attacks of 9/11 were not a valadation of our imperial foreign policy. The attacks were more like the rent we must pay for occupying others lands and cultures. Nothing is free.

A Prayer For Too Tall Buildings In San Francisco

The Transbay Authority is about to adopt the recommendation of it's advisory jury and allow the building of a 1200 foot tower high-rise at First and Mission Streets. The objective of the new Transbay Terminal and office complex is primarily to accomodate and in fact nurture an increaase of traffic through the downtown area of the city. You know, "If we build it they will come". So there will be more cars, mores buses, more trains, more people, more noise, more pollution.

Eight hundred of the 1200 foot tower will be new office space. So that will add to the demand of our incresingly limited water supplies and sewage treatment facilities. The builders are throwing in a 5.4 acre elevated park as a chump change tip to the eco-crowd. Let's see, app. 250,000 sq.foot park subtracted from 1.8 million sq.foot project doesn't qualify the project as anything but a eco-disaster.

It will probably get built. But I predict one day it will fall because of the unstable land and the hubris of it's height irresistibly temtps nature. Hopefully the jerks that built it are in the building at the time.

Pelosi & Reid Should Go On Hunger Strike

Poor Speaker Pelosi and Senator Reid, they can't get the votes to end the war. Well why are they in Washington? Get the frickin votes ! Don't blame others. Make use of the bully pulpit that they have access to bring peoples attention to the necessary closure of this criminal escapade in Iraq.

Why don't they announce a hunger strike or play the air-guitar or stop taking AIPAC money for only one month or do a love scene. Anything that will grab the publics attention and keep pressure on the administration and it's war mongering holdouts of both parties to change their postions.

The competition in Iraq gives their lives so they might influence U.S. policies. The least this pair of overpaid and over dressed pair of Congressional fakers can do is try harder and try anything.

Zionist Paul Bremer: American Viceroy In Iraq

After WW II Gen. Douglas MacArthur and Gen. George Patton were made U.S. viceroys in Japan and Germany respectively. Compare the likes of those two to Paul Bremer. Bremer was made U.S. viceroy in Iraq after the invasion. What were his credentials? Bremer is a Zionist and a business partner of Henry Kissinger . Kissinger is close to former Dept. of Defense official Richard Perle who is also a Zionist who together have interests in warmongering in Iraq and elsewhere through the Trireme Organization.

Bremer is in the NYT today in an op-ed piece denying he made the decision to disband the Iraqi army as his first declaration. He claims it came from higher up. The question that he did or didn't is almost besides the fact that he shouldn't have had that high postion in the first place.

An unstable Iraq brought on by a disbanding of the Iraqi army would insure an American presence in the Middle East for a long time to come. And this would be in the interests of Zionists to have Israel's flank protected and also make hundreds of millions for warmongers.

San Francisco Tall Buldings Without Open Windows

QUESTION: Why are tall buildings built on San Francisco unstable landfill that are themselves the debris of former earthquakes?

ANSWER: More money is to be made in the economies of scale of taller buildings.

QUESTION: Why do these same buildings keep out the freshest air on the planet by having windows that don't open?

ANSWER: Buildings cost less to build that have windows that don't open.

CONCLUSION: So San Francisco builders have opted to rely on it's faults and to shut out it's strengths.

Legal Costs: Lawyers & American Worker Hourly Wages

Twenty-five percent of my 1961 high school graduating class went on to become lawyers. One half of those attorneys would steal a hot stove. The other half would watch and learn.

Today the WSJ featured an article about some lawyer hourly rates reaching $1000.00 per hour. Attorney fees have been climbing 6-7 percent per year for the past 5 years. Meanwhile the average American workers salary has been stuck at around $17.42 per hour for those past 5 years losing out to inflation. Also during this past 5 years, the price of one 9 mm shell has hovered around 10 cents each.

When access to justice is only available to the wealthy through the wealthy, evolutionary experience predicts a low-cost alternative will evolve.

Prostitute Heidi Fleiss & Politician Hillary Clinton

Today well-known D.C. prostitute-madam Heidi Fleiss endorsed politician Hillary Clinton's presidential run.

Here's a rep from the world's oldest profession endorsing a rep from the world's second oldest profession. Where's Fleiss' moral authority ? Well prostitutes actually own what they sell. Whereas politicians sell to the highest bidders things which really belong to others. And to make it worse, politicians sign papers of indebtedness that those others have to repay!

I ask you. Who is the more moral?

San Francisco Politics: Marijuana Vs. Wheelchairs Vs. Critical Thinking

Here's another classic San Francisco political battle. It's a S.F. classic because the issue has nothing to do with running the city more efficiently or in a cost-effective way. Instead costly Board of Supervisor's time is being used up in a hissing and pissing contest in non critical S.F. matters. Only a city as wealthy as San Francisco could afford such wasteful, expensive arguments.

In one corner we have the Cannabis Buyers Club. They sell marijuana for medicinal purposes. But their place of business is on the second floor without wheelchair access. So to circumvent city's ordinance, the business and the landlord want a historical designation of the building which trumps a wheelchair access requirement.

Not so fast says Supervisor Michela Alioto-Pier who herself is in a wheelchair. She sputters, " If they think the [mirijuana] business should be held in such high esteem, then make it a museum or put up a plaque on the wall, but don't put the rights of one group over the civil rights of another".

Pardon me Ms. Alioto-Pier, but how did you get your appontment to the Board of Supervisors? Was a more qualified persons civil rights trampled because of your political contacts and Civil Rights legislation affirmative action philosophy interceding? Wheelchair users are a protected class. But more importantly critical thinking is more valuable and by definition should also be protected. I don't know how many wheelchair users want medicinal mirijuana on the second floor of a building without an elevator, nor do you, but I would guess the number to be tiny or non-existant. Live and let live. By the way, what about cutting the cost of running San Francisco? How about dealing with personal non-critical issues on your own time?

OZZFEST: Let Them Kill Themselves

The annual Ozzfest Concert was held in Holmdel, N.J. this past week. Over 13,000 attended. Two men died of overdoses of cocaine, mrtijuana and alcohol on Thursday. There were 229 arrests. Most of the arrests were for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.

After perusing the reviews of the "bands" in the NYT, I have a suggestion. Leave the attendees alone. Let them kill themselves on overdoses. Why? Anyone that wants to hear " death metal" fused with " black metal" isn't worth feeding . Also the pictures of the band members show them to have less symmetry in their visage than refuse from a cat litter box.

Personally I would chip in for mainland- China food and beverage to be served and free lead-laced tatoos. It's a cinch no al-Qaeda suicide bomber would ever step foot into an already dead zone.

Does The World Need A Balance Of Power And Hate?

Sadly the Russians are restarting the policy of armed, airborn bombers 24/7. They abandoned that practice in 1992. But the statement yesterday by President Putin that accompanied the announcement mentioned self-preservation in the face of "other nation's aggression" as the cause. Also Russia, China and 4 Central Asian countries are involved in "war games" in Russia's Ural Mountains. It looks like the Cold War is starting up again. Maybe if we had the Cold War prior to 2003 there would have been no Iraq invasion . Maybe the world needs a balance of hate/power for stability.

Speaking about hate, America's Congress just raised it's support for Israel. The U.S. will increase it's support to $ 3 billion per year from $2.5. Arguably Israel and it's Zionist politicians is the most hated country and leadership on the globe. The power of the Israeli lobby and the delusional, apocalyptic evangelical christians that support them is the greatest asset of the rogue nation. Others opine that America's unqualified support will only hasten Israel's destruction.

Frivolous Monkeys With Guns, Money & Language

Yesterday the BBC reported 1 adult, male and 3 juvenile gorrilas were shot and killed in the Congo's Varengo Mountain Gorrila Reserve. Where is the AIDS virus for these near-monkeys with AK-47s ?

Yesterday the Dow plunged 387 points on nonprime loans fallout. Nonprime loans include banks lending to bad credit history applicants, high debt to income borrowers and no-documents on income home buyers. In other words banks lent their depositors money to would be defaulting borrowers who could walk away from the loans if the home didn't appreciate in value.

Yesterday the democrats gave Bush/Gonzales increased power for warrantless eavesdropping. This is despite the promise from the dems that they were different than the republicans and " if elected " would clean up Washington. Language is cheap. Only deeds count.

We are called homo sapiens. This means we are wise. But we act more like frivolous monkeys with technology.

Sonar & Marine Mammals & Rap Music & People

Naval brass are bemoaning the recent enlightened ruling by Judge Florence-Marie Cooper of Federal District Court in Los Angeles. She ordered the Navy to stop using sonar in naval exercises off of Southern California because it causes severe sensory hardship and dislocation to marine mammals resulting in massive deaths by getting beached. Marine mammals include our distant relatives whales, porpoises and dolphins. They stayed in the water hundreds of millions of years ago when we left to slash and burn dry land.

The Navy says the noisy sonar naval exercises are necessary to protect against U.S. enemies. Oh ? How many submarimes does Al-Qaeda have? Introducing loud sonar into the quiet depths of the sea is akin to playing rap music over super-speakers in Yosemite Valley. Some morons might like that, but that's why iPods are available. If marine mammals wanted loud sounds they would have invented them. I predict that any species that maintains an affinity for loud sounds will not last as long as a species that avoids loud sounds. Why? Because loud sounds distract from attaining self-knowledge.

If you're trying to find people you used to know then using some kind of online people search engine for finding people could be helpful.

Healthier Drug Users Or Healthier Public Environment?

San Francisco spends $ 850,000 to give 2.4 million syringes free per year to drug users in the City's needle exchange program. The program was launched years ago to cut down on the infections from unsafe drug use. Sixty to seventy percent of the needles are returned. The remainder end up in the public common areas of the City where innocents get stuck or infected or both. There are app. 750,000 needles per year discarded in an unsafe manner. One suggestion to mitigate the unsafe disposal problem is to provide convenient collection locations throughout the city so concientious and civic-minded drug users can return their needles 24/7.

Relying on drug users to be responsible is the definition of moronic optmism. Isn't providing free syringes for illicit drug use a de facto partial legaliztion of drug use? How can you have a legal way of breaking the law? Ethically and practically speaking you shouldn't . Ergo either legalize drug use or stop the needle exchange. With legal drug use would come the free market to provide solutions and the philosophy of more personal resposibility and freeing up prisons for more dangerous demographics. The trade off between healthier drug users at the cost of unhealthy public environments is a bad trade.

When it comes to drugs you can find plenty of health information on the Internet about them. Even if you don't need to know more about drugs then you can still find plenty of useful health info online and maybe even find people to answer your health questions like nurses or doctors.

Iraq Pre War Intelligence Retrospective

The other day Dick Cheney said , " ...that the surge had made significant progress". Sorry Dick. After app. 1 million Iraqi deaths and 2 million Iraqis forced to flee their country and countless physically and mentally maimed, " ...the surge has made significant progress" doesn't make the crime of the invasion O.K. .

And by the way. Cheney's hand in developing and spreading bogus Iraq pre war intelligence included the lie that Saddam Hussein tried to buy yellowcake from Niger. Hence the Plamegate scandal. The yellowcake was proof that Hussein had restarted his nuclear weapons program. You know, the spector of " mushroom clouds" promised by Cheney, Bush, Rice, Powell and The New York Times. But didn't Hussein need a nuclear reactor to process the yellowcake to make weapons- grade plutonium? But Hussein had no reactor. The Iraqi Osirak reactor was bombed and disabled in 1981 by the Israelis. And in 1991 it was completely destroyed by the U.S. .

QUESTION: Why didn't any opponents of the war ask the question about the need of a reactor before the invasion?

ANSWER: Representatives in lobby-run governments are NOT paid to ask questions.

The Economist Magazine: In Growth It Trusts

The July 28th edition of " The Economist" had a provocative editorial essay. The title " How to deal with a falling population: Worries about a population explosion have been replaced by fears of decline". The editor is probably worried about subscription growth and corporate ads. But I am not. Frankly I would approve a leveling of human population. And I would give a standing ovation for a humane 90% reduction of our 6.6 billion bodies. A population of app. 500 million would be the app. population of man's classical era about 2500 years ago. Then intuition, wisdom and personal effort were the norm rather than todays non-quality but abundant quantity human count, duplicating machines, software and artificial intelligence ad nauseum.

One of the Editor's arguments for further not-to-worry human population growth was his dismissal out of hand of an " Malthusian catastrophe". The Editor noted that " mankind appropriates about a quater of what is known as the net primary production of the Earth ( this is the plant tissue created by photo synthesis) a lot but hardly near the point of exhaustian."

I rest my case! The self-evident fact that we already consume 25 % of " net primary production" has already caused a kind of " Malthusian catastrophe" in the extintions of the greater flora and fauna world that tries to cope with man. Also the the degeneration of the human species as evidenced by obesity, diseases linked to lack of hygiene and constant war point to overcrowding and the redundancy of most humans.

My advice to the editor is " Use a tool and lose your place". You can be replaced.

Hillary Clinton's Cleavage : Desperate Sex Appeal Gambit?

When cleavage is mentioned as a description of one of the Clintons, my first thought would be Bill's possible sinister cloven feet. Because Hillary's chest barely meets minimum standards. But an e-mail message from publicist Ann Lewis over at the Clinton Lie-Works was titled " Cleavage". Ms. Lewis was trying to generate money, sympathy and news coverage for her boss.

It happened that the calculating Hillary showed up on the Senate floor and made a speech showing off her indentation in a low-neck outfit. The outfit was commented on by a female Washington Post reporter as a deviation from Hillary's normal sexless rags. The Clinton's Lewis seemingly anticipating some comment from someone had the " Cleavage" e-mail reposte ready as somehow a slight to all female politicians. I think that this was just cover for Hillary to add some sex appeal to her campaign. It's a kind of political strip poker. Next she will start showing leg and ankle. And if that doesn't help, she will start raising her voice. And why the shift in tactics? The Clintons are nervous about Obama.

The Benefits Of Pastor George W.Bush's Foreign Policy

Our president acts increasingly more like a deranged intimidating pastor of a rogue sect of Christian radicals. It's as though his god-given " mission to keep " of spreading " god's gift of liberty" throughout the Middle East sustains him no matter the costs. But the indiscriminate bombing only breeds more deadly blowback to American forces. Can any good come out of this catastrophe?

Well the chaotic chain of events that started with the illegal and unnecessay preemptive Iraq War reminds of the 1964 Stanley Kubric movie, " Dr. Strangelove or : How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb". In this dark comedy, Brig. Gen. Jack D. Ripper launches a nuclear attack against Russia. The insane Ripper figures that if America doesn't attack first the Russians eventually will. Hence the title, " How I Learned To Stop Worrying....".

So how does the reckless behavior of President/Pastor Bush somehow make me stop worrying? Well for one thing, America won't be welcome in The Middle East for decades to come. This is a postive. Because it will curb American Imperial dreams and foster U.S. non-fossil fuel use. Secondly, Christians, Jews or other activist religious-type candidates will have a tougher time being nominated or elected to the presidency. Thirdly, imperial war powers will have to be withdrawn from the presidency and remain in Congress until the people demand a further safegard of war only through NATIONAL REFERENDUM. And also the solution to the problem of Israel may finally be in view. The Zionists have succeeded in encircling themselves so densely with anti-Zionists that even their nukes can't help them.

Sadly, there will be more loss of innocent lives and damage to the environment before it all plays out.

Senator Hillary Clinton: " Go For " Of Special Interests

Poor Hillary. Just when this twit-twat and her hound-husband had mastered the game of machine politics, enter YouTube. Last night's debates and Q & A via the phenomenon YouTube had a " live " feeling. Real people asking questions that were not scripted. And Hillary exposed herself to be the "go for" of D.C. special interests.

When asked if she would meet with leaders of countries that America has become estranged, she replied, " Certanily we're not going to just have our president [she even talks of herself in the third person despite being asked a personal opinion] meet with Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez and you know[ ? ] the president of North Korea, Iran and Syria, until we know better what the way forward will be".

Gee Hillary, what's the definition of a statesman and leader and a president? Isn't a statesman defined by leadership abilities that facilitate healthy relations with other countries? Specifically, her response,.." until we know better the way forward would be.." tips her lack of personal vision and confidence in her own abilities and more importantly her reliance on getting directions from her special interests needs.

Here's a clue for you Hillary. If America has diplomatic relations with with the rogue state Israel, then the U.S. cannot honestly refuse to talk to anyone.

The Stuff Of Legends And Religions

Next month will be the 39th anniversary of the 1968 Democratic National Convention that was held in Chicago. The convention largely represented the birth and strength of the anti-war movement in America. In it's wake, it brought along other cultural changes and movements that would change the U.S. forever. These included the environmental movement and American-style socialism with expected and unexpected applications of the newly passed Civil Rights legislation.

The poster group for the counter-culture was the Chicago 8 later to become the Chicago 7 when Black Panther Bobby Seale had a separate trial. The Group was primarily made up of activist, socialist/communist Jews. The leader was Jerry Rubin. The message was anti-war, anti-establishment, anti-business, anti-critical thinking and some would add anti-personal hygiene. Despite the mostly unsustainable agenda, the group and others did change the course and culture of America. Subsequently President Nixon did stop the Draft and other politicians were elected to office as anti-war representatives.

So with some clever editors in a hundred years from now, could Mayor Daly become a kind of Roman governor like Pontius Pilate and the scene of the riot at Lincoln Park become an Insurrection On The Mount Historical Landmark? Could the Chicago seven 7 be like the 12 Apostles? Could Jerry Rubin be a more modern anti-establishment Jesus? Is this the way the Catholic Church stumbled into existance?

Airstrikes In An Urban Area Are Murder

" Baghdad, July 21- American helicopters and warplanes attacked a Shiite area... killing at least 15 people and wounding 10, according to an official at the Iraqi Interior Ministry, who said some of the casualties were women and children".

How many times have we read about collateral death and damage from American airstrikes in Iraq and Afghanistan? What's the difference between a suicide bomber or an American pilot firing a laser-guided 500 pound bomb in a surgical strike in an urban setting? The answer is an American pilot unlike the suicide bomber can be reused. Detonating bombs in an urban setting either by suicide belts, explosive cars etc. or by airstrike is equal to murder.

"Winning the hearts and minds" of Iraqis or Afghans reguires that there be a positive difference between the " enemy" and the " liberator".

Dick Cheney & Force Majeure Or Force Manure

Tomorrow President Bush will undergo a " routine " colonoscopy. That's the procedure of examining the large intestine for signs of cancer. As per the 25th Amendment, the power of the presidency will be transferred to Vice President Cheney for the duration of the anesthesia.

Do you think that Cheney will seize power by conflating and confusing "force manure" with "force majeure"?

Whither The Withering Catholic Church?

The Archdiocese of Los Angeles announced a $ 600 miliion settlement with 500 victims of sexual abuse by Catholic clergy dating from decades ago. This dwarfs the 552 similar claims in Boston that were settled for $85 million. There were other suits and there are more coming. Surely not all the abused youngsters have come forward probably because of shame. The Church has had to sell some of its base of real estate to meet the tab. This is all happening at a time when competing, more liberal Christian faiths have eaten away at the Catholic membership.

So what has the Church done to meet the dual challenge of falling patronage and a systemic fault that attracts the wrong kind of demographic for its clergy? Nothing has been changed. Artificial birth control and abortion are still forbidden. And the clergy can't marry nor can women become priests. Meanwhile the liberalization of other faiths and the liberalization of the legal system will continue to take its toll on the Church. Nothing lasts forever. This includes ways and customs of religious practice.

George Bush: A Clockwork President

Anthony Burgess' 1962 novel ( also Stanley Kubrick film) titled " A Clockwork Orange" has an anti-hero that resembles our President George Bush. Burgess wrote in the introduction," that a creature who can only perform good or evil is a clockwork orange. That it has the appearance of an organism -lovely with color and juice but is in fact only a clockwork to be wound up by God or the Devil for an almighty state".

And so Bush resembles Alex de Large. Alex has trouble with the truth and can't play it straight. He wont take instruction feels constrained and misunderstood if he's popular. Also Alex enjoys "ultra-violence". Burgess writes about a creature who lacks the human touch and sensitivity that follows from nuanced thinking. And so our President " doesn't do nuanced" and semi-shouts " bring'em on". And at the press conference yesterday continues to deny the tragic reality of the Iraq War.

We may end up needing a straight-jacket for this moron and a kind of " Ludovico Process" to try to get him right.

America's Iraq Policy & Israeli Refugee Survival: Plan B

As the rockets fall into Baghdad's American Green Zone and Hamas takes control of Gaza, Plan B for both areas should be formulated. One fact is obvious. Money and superior weaponry are no match for indigenous peoples who are abused in their legitimate homelands.

With regard to the American quagmire in Iraq, it's going to have to be a withdrawal of troops within a year. But Israeli survival is more complicated. Israel's present configuration is unsustainable. It will have to shrink. But who wants Israeli refugees? Here's a simple solution. Every country that voted for the partition of Palestine at the United Nations in 1947 would be forced to take their pro rata share. That share would be based on the current population of the new host nation. Maybe the prospective Israeli refugees could be traded like pollution credits with greater or lesser amounts being sold with a cash payment as a bonus.

Madonna & Missed Opportunity At Live Earth

Why was there no talk about human overpopulation at the Live Earth venues? The rock stars and politicos only addressed global warming. But global warming is only an effect of the problem. The cause of global warming, rampant extinctions and other scourages is the consumer habits of the overpopulated human species. Hundreds of millions of people with obviously nothing better to do were listening. These are some of the ones who should have less children. What a missed opportunity.

Madonna should have been the keynote speaker about human overpopulation. She could have spoken like this, "You all know me. I have had sex with most all kinds of people. Here's a partial list: NBA numbskulls, Puerto Rican greasers, trembling lilly-white choir boys, boisterous bisexuals, lesbian groupies etc. But I only have 2 children. Are you listening Africa and Asia? No more of 3-10 children per breeding female. Hey, you would be able to buy and listen to my records with the extra money and time."

Barry's Revelations: Parents & Country Of Origin Of Antichrist

These past 3 days, I competed in a fencing tournament in Miami Beach. I shared a lunch counter with a Jewish, Russian-born, divorce-attorney female . We talked a bit. Our waiter was a recent, Cuban-born immigrant male.

After that brief encounter, I am convinced that if that woman and that man were to marry, the possible proportional distribution of their collective genes could produce the Antichrist.

Paul Wolfowitz: Qualifies At American Enterprise Institute Or "Dracula's" Castle

Paul Wolfowitz, Zionist, Iraq War architect, disgraced former World Bank President and in general persona non grata landed on his claws at a perch at the American Enterprise Institute. AEI is the impressario and central casting for all things facist and zionist in America.

Too bad he missed a more tailored role at the recently listed for sale Bran Castle in Transylvania. The castle was the home in the 1400s of Vlad The Impaler. He was the inspiration for Bram Stoker's 1897 novel " Dracula". No Wolfy wouldn't play Drac. He can't move that fast. But he could play a darn good creepy major domo of the castle.

Yo Mama! Here Come Obama

Look! Oh my. Is it black? Is it white? Is it conservative? Is it liberal? No. It's Obama. He's Poly-Man! His background includes: part black, part white, part Christian, part atheist, part Muslim, part single-parent-raised, partly raised in Pacific islands and Asia and he "inhaled".

The latest campaign figures released show him raising more money from more DIFFERENT DONORS than any other presidential contender from either party. His grassroots base number a staggering 258,000 donating supporters. I predict he will win the Democratic nomination and possibly the general election.

His motely backround gives many of the new Americans something to identify with. Particularly Obama is nothing like Bush. He's not white. He's not spoiled. He's not bigoted. And if ever there was a backlash candidate, Obama is it.

P.S. I am still voting for the Libertarian candidate.

Bush & Truman: Israel, Oil & Nuclear Weapons

The recent cover of "Newsweek" showed former President Harry Truman and a poster "WANTED: A NEW TRUMAN". Gee, why? He's the guy who dropped 2 nucler bombs on Japanese civilians who were already defeated. Also, his administration was the driving force for the creation of Israel out of the partition of historic Palestine. The world has been the worse for both those dark deeds.

Actually George Bush is repeating parts of Truman's deeds by threatening a nuclear attack on Iran an by his unconditional support of the Zionists thugs. When Truman ordered the the nuclear attack on Japan there were only 2 nuclear weapons in the world. Now there over 11,000 nukes in existence. When Truman put in motion the creation of Israel, this lead to the ethnic cleansing of app. 750,000 indigenous Palestinians. Now the dislocated Palestinian population has swollen to over 5 million and additional billions of the world population are threatened by Middle East unrest. No, we don't need another Truman, 1/2 pint Bush is Trumanesque enough.

Yesterday in Glasgow,Scotland, a would-be suicide bomber was literally on fire from burning gasoline but continued to punch police officers and shout"Allah, Allah"! That bomber was the incarnation of what America should distance itself from-fossil fuels and Israel.

Supreme Court: School Integration, Segregation & Equality

We are known by our differences. Saying and passing laws that we are all equal doesn't make it so. Any law that codifies segregation is wrong. But also any law that codifies integration is equally wrong.

Yesterdays Supreme Court decision to limit and/or exclude race in any school population schemes is long overdue. Ever since America's school system went political and changed it's focus from educating students to pursuing the myth and lie of equality overall student grades have gone down. Schools are about teaching. Keep it simple.

If you're getting a bachelors degree and haven't made a decision yet whether you're going to attend an online college or you want to attend a college campus then going online and researching various online colleges can be a really good idea, so you better know the benefits and downsides of learning through an online university program.

iPhone: First General Message

What good is an iPhone without a message?

Well to paraphrase Paddy Chayefsky's character Howard Beale in the 1976 movie "Network", Howard says," I want you all to reach for your iPhone and contact the telephone number or e-mail address on your screen and say ''' Fuck you Bush, Cheney and Congress, we will only have war by a majority vote in a NATIONAL REFERENDUM'''.

Renting some kind of international phone before going on a world trip can be a good idea since your normal phone won't work in as many places as a world phone would. Before you invest money into an international cell phone you may want to go online and research satellite phone rental to know what kind of phone would work best for you.

Simple, Cheap Procedure To Limit African HIV/AIDS Infections

There are app. 28 million Africans living with HIV/AIDS. Yet many Africans continue to have unprotected sex and also sadly have children. Twenty-five percent of those children are infected with HIV because the mother passes on her disease. No person should have the right to infect others with a disease and that includes parents infecting their own children.

There is a worldwide push for cheap anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) to improve the quality of life for HIV/AIDS infected people. The ARVs should have a mandatory contraceptive drug component to slow the spread of the pandemic.

Blackstone Group: Wall St. Alchemists Vs. World's Resources

The long-awaited initial public offering of Blackstone Group ( symbol, BX ) is history. The IPO price of 31 was a bargain as brisk, subsequent open-market trading saw the issue rise another 20% to app. $38. That price values the entire company at app. $40 billion.

What real world effect does that alchemical Wall St phenomenon have? Well it creates $ 40 billion of new wealth in a blink of geological time so frivolous monkeys can borrow against or spend in the world's irreplaceable natural resource bazaar. Wouldn't it be nice if it were that easy for forests, lakes, pollution-free air to be created?

Should Environmentalists Welcome The Four Horsemen Of Apocalypse?

It's truly an ill wind that doesn't bring some healthy results. Could the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse-Pestilence, War, Famine, Death- be a guilty pleasure for environmentalists?

The Audubon Society recently released its census of the U.S. bird population. In the past 40 years, 20 common birds in America have lost app. 50% of their population. Some species have suffered even more. The count of Northern Bobwhite has plummeted 82%. The Northern Pintail have lost 77% of its numbers. The Audubon Society blames urban and suburban sprawl. It also says that greedy logging and farming practices leave birds and wildlife without habitat.

During the same 40 years starting in 1967, the U.S. population increased from 200 million to 300 million. Also the U.S. GDP has expanded from app. $ 800 billion to app. $ 12 trillion. The trade off between wildlife loss and human gain is obvious. And America is only a model of what is happening on the larger world scene. Are we as a species worth the dislocation to every other species? Have we become a quantity of infestation and a non-quality personal species?

Maybe a revaluation of the Four Horsemen is in order. Oh yeah, I don't want a " New Jerusalem" as per revelations. I've got a belly full of the old Jerusalem.

Zionist's Israel Conflict Is Looking More Like Battle Of The Alamo

Ever hear of the sombrero theory? It refers to the the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. The Texans who lost that battle but eventually won the war theorized that when you see one sombrero on the horizon there will be more and they will be getting closer soon.

And so the theory applies somewhat to the Zionists and their apartheid wall and Nazi-like policies towards the indigenous Palestinians. These facts on the ground and policies have spawned lethal blowback by Hamas in Gaza and the West Bank, Hezbollah in Lebanon, Sryia, Iran and probably Egypt. Israel is encircled by impending doom.

Israel may survive as an enclave if it assumes policies that more accurately reflect its tiny demographics and true historical roots.

S.F. Supervisor Ed Jew's Problems: What's The Fuss?

Poor Ed Jew. In a city that could have inspired Cole Porter's song " Anything Goes ", he's getting nailed for what most others get away with. The City Attorney says that Mr. Jew doesn't qualify as a resident of San Francisco's District 4. So he can't legally be on the Board of Supervisors. Hell, truth be told, his district looks like a Chinese provence and probably at least 20% are illegal aliens.

But why should Mr.Jew be selectively nailed for violations of residency? What about S.F.'s cause celebre " THE HOMELESS"? They call home anywhere they urinate or defecate. What about Mayor Gavin Newsom? He's promised no S.F. law enforcement against illegal aliens who come to San Francisco.

Mr. Jew is also involved in a F.B.I. investigation. Mr. Jew acknowledges receipt of $40,000 in cash. He claims the money belongs to a consultant that he is connected with. The F.B.I. suspects it's a bribe from the Quickly Co. for Mr. Jews help in circumventing the City's red tape in the business permit process. Heck, I have heard that same $ 40 k figure tied to former Mayor Willie Brown's helping developers at S.F.'s Planning Commission.

Maybe there's some discrimination against Mr. Jew. Mr. Jew is not a white-male fag hag like Gavin Newsom. Mr. Jew is not a black carpetbagger like Willie Brown. Mr. Jew doesn't relieve himself in public like our celebrated homeless. But he's a Chinaman who calls himself Jew. Poor Ed. He's too early. Maybe in a couple of years he will be part of the S.F. chosen.

Senator Joseph Lieberman & Missed Humane Final Solution

Yesterday Senator Lieberman was on " Face The Nation". He said in part, " If they [ Iran ] don't play by the rules, we've got to use our force, and to me, that would include taking military action to stop them from doing what they're doing [ atomic work/aiding Iraqi resistance ]".

To me, Lieberman is a caricature of the whining, Zionist Jew in our midst. Actually there are more non-Jewish Zionists in America, but Lieberman is a cartoon character. He's the Senator from Connecticut who had a "D" for Democrat after his name but now has an " I " for Independent. But the " I " really stands for Israel whose policies he pushes above U.S. interests in the Middle East. Simply he wants the world made safe for Israel's slow-motion genocide of the Palestinians. In spite of the debacle in Iraq, Lieberman now wants to go into Iran.

Lieberman is doing what comes naturally for a Jewish Zionist. But I don't get the Connecticut voters. There can't be that many Zionists or Jews in the state to carry Lieberman by themselves. So Lieberman had help outside of his personal demographic. Too bad, the 2006 election was a missed oppurtunity for a humane final solution for Lieberman. Maybe next time the cartoon character will be shown the door.

Bill & Hillary Clinton: Ozark Hillbilly Politicians

To paraphrase an old saying, " You can take the Clintons out of the Arkansas Ozarks but you can't take the Arkansas Ozarks out of the Clintons". When Bill was president, he behaved as an Ozark's Caligula. And the Oval Office is now a double entendres. And according to 2 recent books about Hillary, she knew most of what he was up to but didn't care and actually helped herself to some of the abuses of presidential power.

Well according to recent The New York Times/CBS News poll , that history has been translated into Hillary having a higher unfavorable rating than a favorable one by voters, i.e. 42% vs 38% respectively. Hill-Billy are a metaphor for the Ozark hillbilly life style stereotype. The hillbillys of the Ozarks are typically depicted living in shantys with garbage, furniture, broken farm equipment strewn across the property. Hill-Billy don't physically live like that, but their personal lives resemble that untidy, careless and shameless attitude of the hillbilly.

Overheard Conversation: Bush & Putin Talk About Europe Missile Shield

George tells Vlad, " Don't worry about my European missile shield. When the rockets come out of the silo at Mach 3 they will be aimed at "rogue-state" missiles not Russian targets."

Vlad asks George, " Why are you putting up the missile defense. If it's necessay, shouldn't the Europeans do it themselves ?"

George replies, " Good question Vlad. But I have to take a leak first." So George starts urinating on Vlad's shoes and remarks, " Gee, it's raining!"

Chinese Threat To Environment

What is it with the Chinese? In pursuit of exotic Chinese medicines, they have extincted many of their own wildlife and over the years have turned to other countries wildlife to make up for their loss. As the industrial revolution spreads across China the resulting middle class is created in it's wake. These newly wealthy Chinese middle class only exacerbates the historic use of wildlife for exotic Chinese medicines.

The latest endangered species to feel the impact of Chinese wealth is India's Asiatic lion. There are only 350 in the wild. The lion used to range in China but is long gone. In the past 4 months, 8 lions have been poached in India for their pelt, bones and internal parts. They were shipped to China for use in traditional Chinese medicines.A short-list Chinese menu of endangered species that are used in medicines include: black bear, tiger, rhinos, musk ox and shark fins. The Chinese also use elephant ivory for art and jewelry. The Chinese run fishing trawlers with 60 mile nets that sweep the seas of fish and mammals.

Meanwhile the middle class has created staggering pollution of air and water by industry in their demands for goods and services. Also wealth has supported a surge in births in China. Officially China has a 1 child law. But the middle class has legally circumvented this law by taking fertility pills and having multiple births. Woe is us.

What do you do with 1.2 billion munching Chinese that behave as a de facto virus on the planet? What goes around comes around. Maybe the Chinese will run into some virus of their own making and reduce their unnecessary numbers and mitigate their destructive behavior and philosophy.

Andrew Speaker,TB, The Law & Common Sense

Andrew Speaker is the personal injury attorney who has a rare, dangerous form of drug resistant tuberculosis. Characteristically as attorneys are found to do, he ignored the law and health officials in pursuing his own case of a wedding and honeymoon in Europe. His bride ignored the laws of common sense by marrying this moronic brat. Also the U.S. Border Patrol Agent ignored the laws of his job discription by not quarantining Speaker and his wife.

It seems that the only law abiding thing in this whole episode is the TB bug. It follows viral laws. That's why it not only survives but prospers.

Immigration, Discrimination & Race-Based Caucus In Congress

A key element of the new immigration law that is being debated is putting policy back into immigration. This means that new applicants will be judged primarily on their skills that fit with U.S. needs and also their education. This is a dramatic shift from " family-based " immigration. This allowed immigration based simply of a family connection to a U.S. citizen.

I think this still leaves the jury out on whether America's experiment with multiculturism will work or endure. At last look, there are over 123 members of Congress that are members of race-based caucuses. They include 43 members of the Jewish Caucus, 43 members of the Black Caucus and 37 members of the Hispanic Caucus. Thst's roughly 1/4 of the Congress that has declared itself due for special treatment.

The Jewish Caucus stands out in it's outsized representation of a race. Their number include 13% or 13 Senators in that body. This compares with their meager 2% of U.S. population. One can see how America's dangerous and extravagant support of Israel springs from these Israel-first Senators and the support of the race-based lobby American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

The Black Caucus is pushing for a formal U.S. apology and reparations for slavery. Yet Africans want to come to America freely in greater numbers than the slave era of the 17th century. They are lucky they are here. The Hispanic Caucus pushes for amnesty and relaxed immigration standards for the largely 12 million illegal Hispanics now in this country. Is this the way to honor the prized American citizenship?

All these caucuses practice race-based discrimination. They don't want to fit in. And why should they? Special interests politics in America have done very well by making a point of purposely not fitting in. These caucuses deserve to be treated with the same animosity that they hold towards the rest of America.

Money & The Military & Mean Mindless Monkeys

Consider this snapshot of U.S. foreign policy in the past 11 months.

In July, 2006, the U.S. gave military support to the Israelis when they bombed greater Lebanon. After the ceasefire, the U.S. continued to give military support to the Israelis in the now 60 year old Israeli/Palestinian conflict. But lately the U.S. has taken sides in the new Palestinian " unity " government. Now the U.S. is giving military support to Palestinian Fatah over Palestinian Hamas.

But wait there's more. Now the U.S. gives military support to the same Lebanese in their fight with the Palestinians in Lebanese refugee camps. Of course this is all taking place in the context of U.S. involvement in the illegitimate Iraq war. Ironically the U.S. once supported militarily Iraq against Iran. Also in Afghanistan, the U.S. now kills the same people we in the past gave military support to in their regional fight with the Russians.

These policies and actions do not indicate a design for U.S. security and world peace. They more accurately reflect the actions of mean, mindless, military monkeys who are encouraged by military manufacturers in the pursuit of money to make mayhem.

Clinton's Kosovo & Bush's Iraq

The Kosovars are erecting a ten foot statue in honor of Bill Clinton, their " savior ". Europe needed American fire power in their action against Serbia's ethnic cleansing of the Muslim Albanians in the enclave of Kosovo. Clinton needed to get his name and Monica Lewinsky's name off the front page. And so America proceeded with a 68 day bombardment of Serbia which comprised a staggering 33,000 air sortees! Americans didn't care about Clinton's agressive preemptive war against a nation that did no harm to the U.S.

But certain people like Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, William Kristol, Elliot Abrahms and others noticed the apathy. Cheney was at Halliburton at that time and personally lobbied Clinton to let Halliburton set up the $ 500 million Camp Bondsteel that was an outsource contractor for the Kosovo action. Shortly thereafter The Project For The New American Century was founded by these same insiders excluding Clinton. They had a new business and philosophy- preemptive war as a path to empire. Bush was elected in 2000 and these same warmongers followed him or actually led him into the presidency. And now preemptive war is part of American culture.

War should not be in the hands of politicians. Only a NATIONAL REFERENDUM should authorize war.

Don't Support The Troops In Iraq

Looks like the war in Iraq is going to be funded through September without any withdrawal strings attached. So our bratty, moronic president won the politics but will continue to lose lives and the war, some commander in chief. Bush played the " support the troops" card. He dared the Congress to appear uncaring. Well I guess if most in America are like our moron president then he's correct. But the self-evident truth is the opposite. The election of 2006 sent a completely different message. I.E. GET OUT OF IRAQ.

" Support the troops" conjures up the situation of American troops in the field unable to return fire because they ran out of ammo. What B.S. If Congress overrode the presidential veto and forced a U.S. withdrawal, the commander in chief would be forced to give the order of an orderly retreat or be impeached. There would be time and ammo for this transition to play out.

DON'T SUPPORT THE TROOPS IN IRAQ. SUPPORT THE TROOPS IN AMERICA. This is where we need a strong militia.

Michael Bloomberg: Why & Why Not A Jewish President

Mayor of New York Michael Bloomberg seems to be running for president. He's giving speeches about government policies across the country- Oklahoma and Texas included ! He has got the money, ambition and will be termed out of New York in 2009. New York City's budget this year will total $59 billion. That's more than several states combined. He's also Jewish.

Is America ready for a Jewish president? That is a cultural question. Culture springs from the geography of one's country. Jews have been without a homeland and a sustaining cultural base for thousands of years. They have been rountinely assimilated and rountinely expelled from many and varied countries in recorded history. But, America's diverse population is largely built on the outcasts of other countries. The culture of America is still a work in progress, seemingly defined by the last immigrant or special interest group.

But what makes America work is it's wealth. A lot of resentment, bias, dislike because of cultural differences can be smoothed over by a healthy economy and a regular pay check. So Bloomberg's control over New York's $59 billion makes sure that everyone gets a piece of the Big Apple. This includes the latest immigrant to the over paid City bureaucrat. Everyone must be happy. A Bloomberg presidency would almost guarentee a bloated, intrusive federal government

But what would happen if the money ran out in a severe recession or depression? Would the deep-seated, radical cultural roots assert themselves? And what are his feelings about Israel's security versus U.S. security? Could America be in more jeopardy because of a Jewish president's care for the rogue Jewish state?

Culture does count. Culture is more important than money. Countries based on culture last longer than cultures based on redistribution of wealth and intrusive governments. Culture is the low-cost producer of lasting relationships. The great struggle in America is all about trying to define a culture that has some limitations, shows some discrimination and is based on sustainable personal responsibility. With this in mind, Bloomberg would not really understand the presidential requirements.

Facts & Lies Of Israel's Creation

Tomorrow is May 14 and the 59th anniversary of Israel's Declaration of Independence declared on May 14, 1948. This anniversary date is more than a little misleading and redundant. Actually Israel was created by a rigged United Nation's vote to partition historic Palestine on November 29, 1947. So why the gap? Zionists didn't want to take any chances on their declaration of independence that was to follow so they made sure they would have a nation by order of the United Nations even if they lost the war.

Over 750,000 Palestinians were either killed, forceably removed or intimidated to leave by the de facto genocide effected by the Zionists in 1948. Consequently the Palestinians commorate May 15, 1948 as Nakba (catastrophe) Day. President Harry Truman with the help of super- Zionist Bernard Baruch led a blackmail-type intimidation of at least 5 nations to get the required majority U.N. vote for the partition of Palestine. These countries included France, Philippines, Haiti, Greece and Liberia. Other interesting facts are also covered in the book " O' Jerusalem" written by Larry Collins and Dominique Lapierre.

And so the great land grab by Israel has become more costly every year and has made the bill that the U.S. must pay ever greater. And for what benefit to the American people?

YouTube Documentary:Bill Clinton & Monica Lewinsky

The 2008 presidential race has started. These times bring the best and worse out of candidates and their supporters. Last election saw non-profits attacking John Kerry's Viet Nam experience. And Dan Rather lost his job at for-profit CBS for his misplced exuberance over what turned out to be faulty data on George Bush's National Guard experience.

Recently Bill Clinton, potential First Gentleman, was interviewed about this perspective role. His coy, dutiful, boyish-oh shucks manner in his answer reminded me of the total fraud he was and still is. Hillary is just as bad. The fact she still is married to this Ozark's Caligula speaks volumes of the filth she is accustomed to. So in the interest of the public service, how about a documentary to refresh peoples memories of the Clinton's collective lack of judgement? And it would all be true.

The venue would be YouTube, the script would be the depostion given by Monica Lewinsky to Special Whitewater Prosecutor Kenneth Starr. The props would be few: a mock-up of the Oval Office; a cigar; herpes look alike make-up; a blue dress; a sink etc. The style could be porno or dramatic or my favorite, a campy send up with additional dialogue relating to Bill telling about details of his private and business life .

Pope Benedict XVI In Brazil: Notices Some Missing

Pope Benedict arrived in Sao Paulo, Brazil yesterday and from the safety of his armored vehicle was greeted by hundreds of thousands. Prior to his landing, he issued an excommunication judgement on officials in Mexico City which recently liberalised abortion in that city. The statement was also an oblique attack/comment on Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva recent public musings about his own positive feelings about liberalising abortion in Brazil.

How can the Pope visit literally millions of people and only think about and notice the ones who are missing because of abortion? Maybe when one lives in the splenders of ancient Rome and drives around in high security one might lose touch. The Pope should leave his armored vehicle and press the flesh and smell the crowds and really get the flavor of what overpopulation is all about.

The Smell Of Burning Wolfowitz

There is a line in Coppola's "Apocalypse Now"spoken by Robert Duvall's character, Lt.Col Bill Kilgore. He says, " I love the smell of burning napalm in the morning, it smells like victory".

And so the quasi-burning at the stake of Paul Wolfowitz continues very publically with less and less of the disappearing Wolfy to feed the flames. It's not pretty. But Wolfy is not pretty, nor were his machinations at the Pentagon pretty. His ethical lapse at the World Bank is secondary to his ethical lapses with regard to lying about Hussein and Iraq's WMD/Al Qaeda connection. Also he had a significant hand in 2 fateful decisions. One was the disbanding of the Iraqi Army and the other was the de-Baathification process in post-invasion Iraq. His cumulative actions along with others have caused millions to suffer and die.

There is something to be said for bias and prejudice and ostracisim. Wolfy should be shunned and insulted when possible. Civility should be reserved for honest well-meaning people of society. Peer pressure against the likes of Wolfowitz is appropriate and a useful social weapon.

King Herod & Roman Empire: Full Circle?

King Herod was the puppet, Jewish monarch for the Roman empire about 40 B.C. Israeli archeologists claimed they unearthed his tomb recently.

The ironies of history never fail to confound. I.E. what's left of the magnificent Roman Empire as represented by the U.S. has gone full circle with what's left of the culturally- impaired Israelis ! Now the U.S. takes its instructions from AIPAC. Julius Caesar would be livid.

Chinese Disease,Environmental Pollution And America's Democracy

One has to wonder about America's continual refining and broadening of it's civil rights laws. The entitlements and set-asides of our democracy seem to be defined by the last immigrant or the last- discovered special interest group. Is this sustainable? Consider our relationship with the Chinese. With each new costly civil rights benefit, a proportionate number of jobs are outsourced to the Chinese low-cost, slave producer who couldn't care less about civil rights. We need China's workforce for a large part of our democracy to work.
.

But there is a downside with dealing with China. Just shaking hands on a new business deal may bring contact with disease. Remember SARS ? How about the Avian Flu? The Asian Flu? What about the recent toxic melamine in pet food that caused the known death of 4000 beloved cats and dogs? Today there are reports that pigs in China are bleeding from leisons all over their bodies and dying. Some Chinese are dumping the bodies into the rivers and thus making the disease mobile. Oh yes, there are only 1000 Pandas in the wild and a few months ago the 20 million year- old Baiji dolphin went extinct in the polluted Yangtze River.

The pigs, cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, wild life are dying in China. And now the skies are turning black from the pollution of the newly arrived industrial revolution.Yet the Chinese population is at a record 1.3 billion. It would suggest that the Chinese exposure to filth and bad environmental policies have built up a tolerance and immunity.

But we in America are not immune from their filth and their now exported environmental airborn pollutions. It's long overdue to examine our civil rights laws effect on creating unwanted environmental fallout elsewhere.

Gates Foundation: Endangered Species Grant Request

According to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation website, the Foundation's focus is " Guided by the belief that every life has equal value....". That may be but we are known by our differences. And some of those different lives are other species. And some of those species are threatened with extinction. Here are some: Northern Spotted Owl, only 5000; Black-Footed Ferret, 700; Sonoran Pronghorn, 300; Whoping Crane, 300;Florida Manatee, 3300 and so on. Yet after a perusal of the website, I see no mention of efforts to protect, nurture and bring back animal life that is closer to home.

Instead the main areas of interest center on the 800 million population of sub-Saharan Africa. No threat of extinction in those numbers. On the contrary, birth control would be more helpful to the tragic cycle that exists. Hey Bill and Melinda, how about some help for truly threatened species here at home?

Will Jail Time Help Paris Hilton's Character?

Poor Paris Hilton, her bon vivant days now end with a June 5, 45 day County jail sentence for probation violation related to a reckless-driving charge. Well, easy come easy go. First, her gold-plated name was not her idea and secondly her internet-released sex scence was not her idea also. But both events launched her sucessful public persona so much that she could afford a fawning- Jewish spokeman/legal liason, Elliot Mintz, to interface between Paris and her attorneys. He earned his salary by telling Paris she could drive when her probation specifically disallowed it. But Ms. Hilton at age 26 should have known better.

But something good for Paris' character may come from this legal fiasco. Now with reality firmly in control of her immediate future in the form of a 8 x 12 cell, she may be ready for some Hollywood dramatic roles or at least dramatic commercials.

Preemptive Wars Should Be Lost

Bush is isolated. Olmert of Israel is isolated. Rumsfeld is gone and his Israeli counterpart, Amir Peretz plans to leave office next month. America has lost the Iraq war and Israel lost the war in Lebanon. Both were preemptive wars. Neither were necessary for American and Israeli security. The bad judgement of these men resulted in their isolation and ouster.

Philosophically speaking, preemptive wars should be lost lest it become a bad habit. Practically speaking, preemptive wars against nations which have a lower cost of fighting back will over time always result in failure for the invading, preemptive warring nation.

Was Wolfowitz Caught In A Trap?

Want to catch a rat in a trap? Some use cheese. Want to catch a human in a trap? How about using sex and money?

At the center of the World Bank's President Paul Wolfowitz scandal is his arrangement of a non-appropriate huge pay increase and better job postion for his friend and presumed lover World Bank employee Shaha Ali Raza. But slightly off-center to this World Bank scandal is Mr. Wolfowitz's part in making a case for the Iraq War which has been shown to be based on false/fabricated assumptions. Mr. Wolfowitz has a lot of enemies. His enemies are particularly energised about his ability to avoid accountability for Iraq and also for his high-handed behavior at World Bank.

So, how about a trap for Wolfy? Enter Ad Melkert who is the head of the ethics board at World Bank. Mr. Wolfowitz was directed by the ethics board to distance himself from Shaha Ali Raza as per World Bank regulations. Wolfowitz at first wanted a recusal from this duty because of his personal relationship with Ali Raz. But Ad Melkert and the board insisted that Wolfowitz handle the chore. And so the the trap was set .

Had Wolfowitz made a proper and non-controversial reassignment for Ali Raza then nothing would have happened. But Wolfowitz took the bait and planned to to take advantage of his postion and have it both ways. First, he would please his lover with a better job and more tax-free pay ( could there have been a side deal for Ali Raza to kick some money back?). Secondly, if he was criticised he could blame the ethics board for making him do it. But the ethics board only instructed Wolfowitz to distance the Office of World Bank president from a World Bank employee. The ethics board didn't give Wolfowitz a pass for corruption.

Heraclitus said in 500 B.C., " Our fate is not in the stars, it is in our hands".

What Is The Optimum Population Of Humans ?

Pardon me, but aren't we too many? The last population count had we humans at about 6.6 billion and growing. There are predictions that half of all species will go extinct by 2100. We live on a zero-sum planet. One species gain is subtracted from another species and/or the environment. Global warming is a clear example of how human activity can cause and/or exacerbate physical changes in our world. We can discuss lower greenhouse gas emission strategies but these are really peripheral issues. Simply humans should optimumly be less in number. And if so, what is the right population number? And how do we arrive and maintain that number? It's in our capability to reach an answer and effect it's outcome. Antibiotics and birth control are our tools.

But first, what is the right population number? Let's use America as an anedotal model for world population and it's environmental impact. We Americans do use 25% of world resources and are only 4% of world population but we are rightly or wrongly supposed to be the template of what many of the world's people dream of attaining. Please note how many immigrants want to come to the U.S. .

I think that in the late 1940s and early 1950s world population attained the optimum higher limits of human population. At that time it was estimated to be 2.4 billion. In the U.S. at that time there ominous signs that the human attitude towards the planet had exceeded prudent behavior and entered the hubris zone. Two anecdotal events bring this unhealthy attitude change coupled with the technology to effect the change into view. One was the birth of the military-indutrial complex which mantra is " In Growth We Trust" or " First Blow It Up And Then Rebuild It". The second example was the start of explosive growth in Las Vegas. Here was the sin of bringing water from pristine environments so toilets could be flushed in a city built by losers!

The human classical period was circa 1500 B.C. to 500 A.D. The population at those times were app. 200 million. Therefore the range of optimum human population ranges between 200 million and 2.4 billion.

Cho Seung-Hui:Anti-Social Behavior In A Free Country

Why did Cho have enough time to put 3 bullits into 33 victims and shoot many more only wounding them? The shootings were all witnessed by scores of students and teachers. If it becomes obvious that Cho is going to kill you next, wouldn't it be worth the risk to throw something or rush him rather than wait your turn?

It turns out that Cho had a long history of suspect and actual anti-social behavior. Reports are trickling out of his " annoying" behavior towards some women. He wrote deranged essays that exhibited a potentially dangerous personality. And those who knew him all said that he was anti-social. Why was he still on campus and treated as just another student?

Maybe because our sensitive, inclusive and politically correct culture that is backed up by real laws that are expensive to fight make it a better choice to turn a blind eye to anti-social behavior particularly if they are done by a minority race. Anti-social behavior by anyone is still anti-social and should not be overlooked .

There will be more like Cho in the future. That's just the way of things. But the fallout from that bad behavior can be mitigated. For example , maye next time only 5 perish instead of multiples of 5. How do we arrive at that goal? The ancient Greeks excluded or ostracized individuals that were anti-social. That's a model that could work today. Cho should have been driven off campus by peer pressure .
