Ocasio-Cortez: Free Dirt Floors For Everyone

Freshman New York Congressional Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has come up with an old idea and presented it as new.She wants to raise taxes on the working class so she can distribute the funds to her constituents who largely don't work enough.She claims that "free"assistance from housing to medical care and other benefits only limited by her imagination and certainly too long a list to jot down here could be delivered as easily as Amazon fills an order.Sounds like where Hugo Chavez of Venezuela started but then continued on to nationalize industries to fulfill his promises and the rest is history. Venezuela is now worse than broke. It still owes billions to creditors around the world.THe only thing that will be free in the end if Ocasio-Cortez gets her way is the dirt floors that a great many will learn to live with. Those people will find out how Alexandria's relatives lived.I refuse to go backwards for anyone. Ocasio-Cortez reminds of a perverted Capraesque character that goes to Washington the day after she was born. Her 16,000 voters seemingly were born on election day.

China: Enter The Nationalize Dragon

China is in the news today. The peering government that could be called "Chink"because of squinting inspection, continues to roll out compulsory snitching guidelines for telecom service providers from any part of the world who operate there. Google balked at cooperating and moved ops to Hong Kong. It seems that China will nationalize private information first. Second it's a mere hop and and a skip to nationalize plants owned by foreign business. The clumsy and greedy of the West are easily trapped by the reptilian Chinese.

Phoney Conservative Values

The poor conservatives are wringing their collective hands about the death of capitalism. The past weeks bailout and nationalization of greedy banks, brokerage houses and insurance companies are signs of the imminent demise of capiatlism as we know it in America.

The conservatives are pathetic. Where was their outrage when Lyndon Johnson launched the Great Society? That bundle of nonsense laws included the preposterous notion that all are equal and should have access to equal results in spite of the metaphysical truth that we are known by our differences and there are no guarantees about anything for anyone.

I'll tell you where the outrage was. It was stifled and exploited to money-making advantage. Deficit spending for costly social programs and wars of choice are great for business! But when the government starts nationalizing private enterprises and that threatens their phoney baloney jobs, well that something to scream about. Drop dead.
