Poor Federala Reserve Chairman Ben Bernake. No . Poor us ! Pilot Ben doesn't know how to stop the stimulus. If a pilot he would be frozen at the stick incapable of bringing down the Fed Plane to a glide path that lands on "normal" monetary policy.He was so cocky when he took off with after burners of fiat money. But alas money isn't everything.If the real economy doesn't want to expand then no amount of money will force it. He was taught by his family and his Poison Ivy Alma Mater Harvard that all are equal. And since all also want money more than anything then his policies had to work. But they aren't. Actually we are not all equal. We are known by our differences. And any policy and that includes monetary policy that doesn't recognize that truth will fail. He creates fiat money so entitlements can continue. He creates money so treasonous Zionists can use the U.S. as its very own cats paw.BTW al-qaeda has effectively similar bad plans for America as does Israel.He creates money so the legal cartel can continue to shake down any one. Why do I call it a cartel? Because ther are fifty pages of lawyers in San Francisco's Yellow Pages! Only a cartel can generate that many lawyers who apparently have no hurdle to overcome to get a license to steal. No, Ben, too little money in circulation is not the problem. The world suffers environmentally with too much money in circulation.The problem is we are not all equal. We are known by our differences. And until we get that fact understood and practiced many people who count more than the parasites will refuse to go along to get along anymore.

"Loser Pays" Tort Reform in Texas:Remember the Alamo

Some good news from the maverick state Texas and its Governor Rick Perry. He has also talked about seceding if things don't change for the better. Governor Perry is pushing for a "Loser Pays"a.k.a. "English Rule"in his states push for tort reform. Simply, his version of loser pays would require the losing litigant to pay attorneys fees for BOTH. This would only be triggered if the initiating litigant lost the case. It would slow down frivolous law suits. The United States is the only country that does not have loser pays. We have the American Rule which makes each litigant cover its own legal costs. Because of the American Rule there is a compelling reason to sue all the time for any reason on a contingency basis. It's a full employment act for off-the-shelf-attorneys and and a free- legal- settlement- lottery ticket for plaintiffs. How many jobs have been lost to countries that practice the English Rule/Loser pays system? The American Rule of law created and sustains the legal cartel in this country. Dumb lawyers can and do succed in this monoploy atmosphere of needless expense and delay. How many Politically Correct motivated suits have been tried or settled at tremendous costs to the social fabric of this country? It's almost like one needs a manual on how to talk, act and feel when dealing with cause celebre minorities. Stamp out attorneys. Get your balls back. Bring in loser pays. Remember the Alamo,when straight white males were run over by Hispanics. Well they're still doing it but now they use attorneys. Enjoy bias, enjoy critical thinking when dealing with obvious freaks. Bring on Loser Pays in all states. Or like Governor Perry suggested, lets leave the union.

Moderation As A Goal

Too much of anything is bad.

Too much credit led to home buyers having only to sign a contract to assume title to multi-hundreds of thousand dollar houses. Even the stock buyers that led to the Crash of '29 had to put down at least 10%. And so todays foreclosures and credit crunch are a direct result of criminally-loose credit requirements.

Too many laws lead to a forsaking of the spirit of laws to a following of the fine points of laws or what is not technically covered. Consider San Francisco's legal profession community . Attorneys in S.F. take up 42 pages of fine print in the Yellow Pages. In contrast there are only 6 pages of electricians. And what do we get for all this legal "protection" from these roving hyenas? We get a "sanctuary city" where young, illegal, criminal immigrants are are allowed to grow up shielded from federal law enforcement so they can commit adult crimes. A society can exist with a spirit of fair play but not with a conniving legal- law-breaking mentality.

Too much concentration on national defense leads seamlessly to a C.I.A. that foments trouble that leads to war on a proactive and preemptive base. Better to spend military money on infrastructure improvement. Less opportunity for mischief.

Moderate is better than too much.

Lawyer Richard Scruggs: Champion Of Poor Judgment

Twenty-five percent of my graduating class went on to become lawyers. Half of those guys would steal a hot stove. And the other half would watch and learn how they did it. I can't really blame them. The legal system in the U.S. grants it's practioners a license to steal. The legal process is so cumbersome and lengthy that the attorneys on both sides of the judicial action are enriched far beyond their actual worth. Their participation is effectively an impediment to a quick resolution and is tantamont to stealing the wealth of the plaintiffs and defendants. Also the mere mention of a law suit will bring forth settlement talks. This casts the lawyers as shake-down gunslingers.

Which brings up the name of attorney Richard Scruggs. He's the premier trial attorney in America. He was the architect of the $ 286 billion tobacco industry settlement. He won damages for people who smoked and the states who provided the care giving to the related diseases.

Scruggs was recently in the news as both plaintiff and his own lawyer against the defendant State Farm Insurance. Scruggs lost his home when Hurricane Katrina hit Mississippi's gulf beaches. Scruggs built his home only 50 yards from the water. State Farm which was backed up by the Mississippi courts and the state insurance commissioner said the policy never covered the flooding which ruined his home. Scruggs didn't like that fact. So he threatened State Farm and other insurance providers with a similar nation wide legal effort as per the tobacco industry. State Farm settled by paying $130 million to all similarly situated flood victims.

And so people who built houses on flood plains will get rewarded like the people who had the bad personal judgment to smoke. Personal responsibility and critical thinking are not honored by these results. How long can that go on?
